How to adjust the air volume of relay valve

Adjustment method of air volume of relay valve: open the relay valve when the brake is released, and open the self-locking spring when the air in the air reservoir is full of the self-locking spring cup to adjust the relay valve. Relay valve is a part of automobile air braking system. In truck braking system, relay valve can shorten reaction time and pressure build-up time. The air inlet of the relay valve is connected with the air storage tank, and the air outlet is connected with the brake air chamber. When the brake pedal is depressed, the output air pressure of the brake valve is input as the control pressure of the relay valve, the air inlet valve is pushed open under the control pressure, and compressed air directly enters the brake air chamber from the air storage tank through the air inlet without passing through the brake valve, thus greatly shortening the inflation pipeline of the brake air chamber and accelerating the inflation process of the air chamber.
