Any suggestions for long-term development in Shenzhen if you plan to escape Beijing?
1. Among the four first-tier cities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Shenzhen is the most livable and least exclusive city. It is livable because the environment is really good, and the housing prices are basically the lowest among these four cities (although they are also very high, maybe Guangzhou and Shenzhen are about the same). Let me briefly explain! Shenzhen is divided into many districts: Luohu District (Shenzhen’s commercial center), Futian District (Shenzhen’s financial center), Nanshan District (Shenzhen’s high-tech center), Longgang District (Shenzhen’s industrial center), Bao’an District (Shenzhen’s aircraft center) The center (just kidding, because the airport is in the security area), and some more remote areas, newly developed areas in the past two years, such as Guangming New District and Dapeng New District, are basically where you go when you go to the beach on weekends. Shenzhen is said to be the least xenophobic because it is a typical immigrant city and the only city in Guangdong Province where Mandarin is the main language of communication. Moreover, it is not that difficult to obtain a Shenzhen household registration. Of course, it is not as valuable as a Beijing household registration, but it is not It must be as valuable as a Beijing household registration, because this is not the center of the universe.
2. Shenzhen is a city with a large migrant population. Some people say that Mandarin is the main language, but this is not true. It may be that you have been communicating with your friends and colleagues in Mandarin, so you naturally give the impression that you only speak Mandarin. Shenzhen also speaks a lot of Cantonese, Hakka, and Chaozhou dialect. My boyfriend is also from Chaoshan. When I was in school, Chaoshan people accounted for almost half of the class (a bit exaggerated). Many Chaoshan people went to Shenzhen to develop their careers, such as Ma Huateng of Tencent. There is also Dapeng dialect, a combination of Hakka and Cantonese, commonly known as Snake dialect. Because not everyone in Shenzhen can understand your accent, they all communicate in Mandarin. You can settle in Shenzhen with points, which is easier than Beijing. Shenzhen has limited numbers and license plates, and traffic is restricted during morning and evening peak hours on weekdays. It’s okay not to drive, there is public transportation, but there are no traffic jams in Beijing, and Hebei cars can be driven occasionally in Shenzhen (anyway, I don’t have a Shenzhen license plate for the time being when I come to Shenzhen).
1) Shenzhen Hukou: The down payment for the first house is 30%, and the down payment for the second house is 70% (it seems to have been adjusted recently).
2) Non-Shenzhen household registration: (purchase social security for one year, no interruption in the last year) down payment of 30% for the first house, (the Shenzhen property under the name has been sold, and there is a loan record) for the second house The down payment for a house is 70%.
3) Non-Shenzhen households: no social security, social security is less than one year or has been interrupted in the last year, and is not eligible to buy a house.
Social security for one year: generally refers to more than 13 months. Just prepare money and be prepared to be amazed by the price. What people can't handle, just Grandpa Mao can handle it. Beijing is an atmospheric city, and Shenzhen is a cheerful city. Beijing is rich, interesting and lively. You can find interesting places to visit anytime and anywhere. Trendy topics, trendy places and trendy people are always changing. Shenzhen's free air is very equal, young and energetic, and suitable for outdoor activities, but it is a bit boring and there are few people suitable for communication and interaction. I grew up in Beijing, which is my home. It is warm, atmospheric, and has a deep cultural heritage. However, with the changes in environment and traffic brought about by urban development, the pressure of life has become more and more intense. Shenzhen is located near the sea and has natural environmental advantages. This city gives me the feeling of being young and full of vitality. The various small ideas in the city always make my eyes shine. Beijing is relatively pure and honest, with a lot of history, culture, food, drink and entertainment. Of course, the smog is also thicker. Overall, it gives people the feeling of being in the prime of life, having achieved success but not having much potential. Shenzhen is young and energetic, with good urban construction and greening. All aspects of economy and culture are in a stage of rapid growth. It is more like a youth with a lot of room for imagination in the future. I’m very used to living in Beijing, and it’s a place I always dream about going back to. Shenzhen is a city with no memories left behind, and it still feels a bit strange after staying there for a long time. Living in a city for a long time, understanding every detail and building delicate and inseparable emotions is a choice. Changing to a different city life, experiencing the transition from unfamiliarity to familiarity, and establishing a new connection are also a kind of experience. No matter what, keep the ability to leave, keep the courage to leave, everything is like this.
