At this time, he suddenly realized that Guanyin Bodhisattva refused to leave. So Hui Hui prayed that if the Bodhisattva refused to go to Japan, a temple would be built where the ship docked to worship the icon. Suddenly, all the iron lotus flowers disappeared, and the boat floated downstream to the tidal hole under Putuo Mountain. With the help of the islanders, Hui Hui chose to build a "Refuse to Go to Guanyin Temple" in Zizhulin. Since then, Putuo Mountain has gradually become a Dojo dedicated to Guanyin.
