When the wind force reaches level 8, the train running speed should not exceed 25km/h. When the wind force reaches level 9 and above, the train operation speed should be stopped. Tram Lines 1 and 2 have activated emergency plans depending on the typhoon wind intensity, and will adjust their operation organization in stages based on the impact of the typhoon "fireworks".
