After Zhuge Liang pacified Nanzhong, he left a nine-word prophecy on the stone tablet, which was accurately fulfilled 3 years later.

Zhuge Liang, known as "Wolong", has been regarded as the embodiment of wisdom for thousands of years. He is not only good at politics, but also good at strategizing. At the same time, Zhuge Liang can also calculate, be good at divination, wind angle, and even predict the future. According to folklore, the famous prophecy "The Pre-Horse Lesson" is Zhuge Liang's work. "The lesson before the horse" not only accurately predicted the demise of Shu Han and Wei Zhongxian's political chaos, but also predicted the victory of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, which was amazing.

But legends are legends after all, so we can't take them seriously. Many of Zhuge Liang's magical stories are forged by later generations, and "The Lesson before the Horse" is just a lot of works in disguise. But in this article, Zhuge Liang's predictions are well documented and clearly recorded in the official history, which can be described as true. Its accuracy is even more amazing.

in the battle of Yiling, the army of Shu Han led by Liu Bei was attacked by Lu Xun in Dongwu, and almost all the elites accumulated over the years were lost. In order to further attack Shu Han, Soochow sent people to the rear of Shu Han to make waves and create rebellion in Nanzhong (now Yunnan, Guizhou and Myanmar). For a while, the weakened Shu-Han regime was surrounded on three sides by Cao Wei, Soochow and Nanzhong rebels.

In order to get rid of such an unfavorable situation, Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of the Han Dynasty, made a decisive decision, mobilized tens of thousands of troops, and marched in three directions to Nanzhong, which was regarded as a barren land by people at that time. Under Zhuge Liang's command, the Han army was on a roll, the barbarians in the south and middle surrendered in succession, and the leaders of the rebellion were killed in succession. At the same time, Zhuge Liang also carried out the strategy of "attacking the heart" and treated the south Chinese with a soft attitude. In the face of Meng Huo, a local tyrant in South China, Zhuge Liang accomplished the miracle of "seven captures and seven verticals" incredibly, forcing the people in South China to surrender to Shu Han sincerely.

Because the March was very smooth, the vanguard of the Han army even went hundreds of miles into Myanmar today. Zhuge Liang saw that the thief had been broken, so he decided to set up a tablet to record his merits. On the stone tablet, Zhuge Liang did not write many praises, but only wrote nine big characters-"Long live, he who wins us will pass this." For these nine words, the army personnel didn't understand their meaning. They came to the conclusion from the literal meaning: "Only after ten thousand years, can anyone surpass Prime Minister Zhuge's unparalleled military achievements." Zhuge Liang was noncommittal about this answer.

Time flies. More than 3 years later, in February, the seventeenth year of Emperor Kai (597), a large-scale rebellion took place in the south-central region of the Sui Dynasty. The Qiang leader Cong led tens of thousands of people to separate Yunnan, trying to resist the rule of the Sui Dynasty. So Emperor Wendi named Shi Wansui as the chief marching officer and led tens of thousands of soldiers to suppress the rebellion. Shi Wansui led his troops to enter the Nanning region through Luanchuan (now Dayao, Yunnan), Longdong (now Yaoanbei, Yunnan), Xiaobonong and Dabbonong (both in the southeast of Xiaguan, Yunnan). He couldn't beat Sui Jun, so he fled to the southwest, and Shi Wansui led the army to chase him until he was caught.

Unconsciously, Sui Jun of Shi Wansui crossed the border and arrived in today's Myanmar. On the way to March, Shi Wansui suddenly found an ancient monument with words written in the Han Dynasty. When Shi Wansui looked intently, the nine Chinese characters on the tablet were still faintly visible-"Long live, the winner will pass this." So everything understood that Zhuge Liang did not set up this monument to sing praises and blow his own horn, but predicted that a general named "Long live" would surpass himself and March further south.

Shi Wansui and others were surprised by Zhuge Liang's accurate prediction. Later, for some unknown purpose, Shi Wansui knocked down the stone tablet and continued to March to the south. According to the author's speculation, Shi Wansui may have two kinds of mentality. First, he was not convinced of Zhuge Liang, so he pushed down the stone tablet; Second, Shi Wansui may not want to bear the reputation of being "better than Kongming", so he knocked down the stone tablet. After that, after a hard battle, Shi Wansui finally caught Cuan, defeated more than 3 enemy units, captured tens of thousands of people, and all the Miao tribes were frightened and surrendered together.

In the official history, there are not many records of Zhuge Liang's ability to understand the mysterious. He only described the story that he was good at observing the sky and deploying troops and dispatching troops in the March and war, so many people suspected that Zhuge Liang might not be as fantastic as the legend. But judging from Shi Wansui's experience, Zhuge Liang's magic may not be groundless, and he seems to have the ability to know the prognosis before and after. Finally, this history is recorded in the official biography of Sui Shu Shi Wansui. If readers don't believe it, you can read it for yourself.
