RGV working in the roadway can effectively improve the working efficiency of the warehouse, which is safer than forklift driving into the roadway.
2.AGV: the full name is automatic guided vehicle, which means automatic guided transportation.
AGV is a kind of transport trolley, which is equipped with electromagnetic, optical or other automatic guiding devices, and can travel along a certain guiding path, with safety protection and various transmission functions.
Under the monitoring of computer, AGV accurately walks and stops at the designated place according to the path planning and operation requirements, and completes a series of automatic handling and loading operations. According to the different navigation modes of AGV, it can be divided into magnetic navigation and laser navigation. In the automatic logistics system, AGV can fully embody its automation and flexibility, and realize efficient, economical and flexible unmanned production.
Its advantages are high working efficiency, high degree of automation, avoiding manual operation, low error rate, convenient automatic charging and reduced floor space. The cost is relatively low, beautiful, improving the viewing degree and enhancing the corporate image. Widely used in three-dimensional storage and flexible production lines.
3.IGV: the full name is intelligent guided vehicle, which is an intelligent guided transport vehicle.
IGV is a new concept put forward in recent years. Compared with traditional AGV, IGV is more flexible, does not need to use any fixed labels, and has flexible paths and can be flexibly arranged according to actual production needs.
IGV vehicles mainly rely on natural contour navigation and use lidar to achieve positioning. It will store a digital map of the workspace and infer its location by comparing the digital map with the readings of laser and radar in real time.
IGV is basically the same as the above-mentioned reflector-less laser AGV, and has the characteristics of no need to lay fixed markers such as magnetic strips and mirrors, autonomous navigation and positioning, easy path transformation and high price.
IGV is suitable for occasions that require high flexibility. On the basis of meeting the routine handling function, different functional modules can be selectively carried according to the customer's technological process to meet the purpose of multi-purpose for one vehicle.
