How is the pain in the inside of anus?

The soft venous mass formed by the expansion and flexion of submucosa at the end of rectum and subcutaneous venous plexus of anal canal is called hemorrhoid.

Hemorrhoids usually have the following symptoms: (1) bloody stool: it can occur before or after defecation, with bright red blood, mixed blood and stool, and the amount of bleeding can be large or small. (2) Anorectal pain: Because the anal nerve is rich and sensitive, it is easy to have mild or severe pain after stimulation, such as tingling, swelling, burning and falling pain, which can occur during or after defecation. (3) Anorectal dilatation: it is a symptom caused by local stimulation of rectal lesions. In light cases, only local swelling and shedding were seen; In the worst case, it is very painful to go to the toilet frequently and fall down again after defecation. (4) Anal mass prolapse: refers to the protrusion or vegetation protruding from the anus in the rectum or anal canal. Light will only come out from the anus during defecation, and heavy will come out when abdominal pressure increases, such as coughing, squatting, exertion and so on. (5) Anal exudate: It can either overflow from the fistula, be discharged from the anus, or overflow from the perianal skin. (6) anal pruritus: Itching discomfort is mostly caused by irritation of anus and surrounding skin.
