1, closed-loop control:
Closed-loop control is a closed triangle relationship among real-time oxygen sensor, computer and oil quantity control device of engine EFI system. This adjustment often exceeds a little theoretical value, which is detected by the oxygen sensor and reported to the computer. Because each adjustment cycle is fast, the air-fuel ratio will not deviate from 14.7: 1. The closed-loop controlled EFI engine can always run under ideal working conditions.
2. Multiple valves:
The general engine has no cylinder, intake valve and exhaust valve. This structure is relatively simple, the processing cost is relatively low, and it is also a good performance in engine output power and torque. When the displacement is relatively large and the output power is relatively large, the multi-valve technology will be adopted. Three-valve structure is relatively common, that is, in the case of one inlet and one outlet, an inlet valve is added, that is, two inlets and one outlet, commonly known as three valves. Recently, some enterprises have developed four-valve engines, each cylinder has two intake valves and two exhaust valves. This design can greatly improve the intake and exhaust efficiency of the engine and increase the output power.
3. vvt-I:
This system is the English abbreviation of intelligent variable valve timing system developed by Toyota, and now this YYT-i system is basically installed on Toyota's new car. The system can continuously adjust the valve timing, but not the valve lift. Its working principle is that when the engine changes from low speed to high speed, the electronic computer automatically presses the engine oil to the small turbine in the driving gear of the intake camshaft, so that the small turbine rotates at a certain angle relative to the gear box under the pressure, and the camshaft rotates forward or backward within 60 degrees, thus changing the opening time of the intake valve and achieving the purpose of continuously adjusting the valve timing.
4. Three-way catalysis:
Everyone knows this thing, but not many people really know the principle of this action. The working principle of three-way catalysis is that when high-temperature automobile exhaust gas passes through the purification device, it will make them undergo redox reaction and transform them into carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen. This catalyst is called ternary because it can convert three main harmful substances in tail gas into harmless substances at the same time.
