A landmark building with a height of1.23m will appear in Wangjing, Beijing, which is the headquarters building of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., with an office area of about 4 1.500 square meters and can accommodate 3,500 to 3,900 employees. After the building is completed, all the offices of Siemens China in Beijing will be concentrated here. The headquarters building will be named Siemens Beijing Center, which is one of Siemens' largest investment projects in the global real estate field, with an investment of 654.38 billion RMB, accounting for 654.38+0/654.38+00 of Siemens' investment in China in the next few years.

In fact, as early as the early 1990s, Siemens established the China headquarters building in Wangjing. However, the tallest building in China was only five stories. Although it seems that a five-story building is very common now, it was outstanding in Wangjing at that time.

At that time, the two earliest joint ventures of Siemens, communication and medical services, both settled in Wangjing area. China headquarters of Siemens was confirmed, and Beijing Wangjing naturally became the first choice.

From June, 5438 to February, 2007, three small buildings of Siemens China headquarters compound in Wangjing were demolished, and the "Siemens Beijing Headquarters Plan" with an investment of 1 billion RMB was launched.

From the end of 2007 to the beginning of 2008, the relevant person in charge of Siemens China Headquarters, after many negotiations with Lotus and comparisons with the same industry, greatly appreciated the serious and responsible attitude of Lotus China team towards academic research and work, and finally selected Master Ye Maoran of Lotus China as the master planner of its new office area environmental planning project.
