According to the pavement structure, the circulating system is divided into dry floor heating and wet floor heating.

(1) Dry floor heating Dry floor heating is called dry floor heating because it does not need to be backfilled compared with the installation method that ordinary floor heating needs to be backfilled with materials such as concrete. Because there is no need to backfill, it is also called ultra-thin floor heating. The reason why backfill is not needed is because the coil of floor heating is stuck in the groove of insulation board. Because of the ultra-thin characteristics of dry floor heating, it is mostly used in rooms with lower floors or finely decorated rooms.

The form of dry floor heating is a connecting piece module. When installing, you only need to assemble pieces of modules according to the designed drawing lines and the direction of the floor heating coil, and you can quickly complete the floor heating construction and ground decoration. The structure of dry floor heating module is heat conduction layer, floor heating coil and heat insulation layer. The heat conducting layer is located above and fixedly connected with the heat insulating layer, and a floor heating coil groove is correspondingly arranged between the two layers, and the floor heating coil groove is an inverted omega-shaped pipe groove. (2) Wet floor heating Wet floor heating is the most mature installation technology in liquid circulation system at present, and it is also a more traditional floor heating method. The price is relatively low, and it is the dominant technology in the domestic floor heating market, with a market share of about 90%.

The so-called wet type means that the floor heating pipeline is embedded with concrete, and then the floor materials such as floors and tiles are laid on the concrete layer. This layer of concrete not only protects and fixes the pipeline, but also is the main channel for transferring heat. The concrete layer can evenly distribute heat and reduce local overheating or supercooling. Compared with other floor heating, wet floor heating has the largest construction quantity, but the cost is relatively low. Firstly, the insulation pipes are arranged and fixed on the cement surface, and then the sand concrete layer is poured, and the ground decoration can only be carried out after drying. It can be seen that wet floor heating is a multi-layer composite structure with many complicated processes, which is generally installed in the early stage of decoration. With cement concrete, the feet will feel hard, the bearing capacity per square meter of the ground is higher than that of the dry type, and the bearing capacity of the building is about eight times heavier than that of the radiator.

2. Electric floor heating

Electric floor heating is a kind of heating method which embeds a heating cable with an upper allowable working temperature of 65℃ in the floor, uses the heating cable as a heat source to heat the floor, and uses a thermostat to control the room temperature or floor temperature to realize floor radiation heating. It mainly has the advantages of comfort, energy saving, environmental protection, flexibility and maintenance-free. Generally divided into heating cable heating and electric heating film floor heating.

(1) heating cable heating

Radiant heating with heating cable on the ground is a kind of heating method which uses low-temperature heating cable as heat source to heat the floor, and supplies heat to the room through radiation from the ground. It has the characteristics of zero emission, no pollution, fast heating speed, strong controllability, no temperature influence, space saving, simple installation and low cost.

Heating cable floor heating is divided into single-core cable and double-core cable. From the point of view of electromagnetic radiation, the electromagnetic radiation of double-core cable is smaller than that of single-core cable, which is more suitable for home floor heating, while the electromagnetic radiation of single-core cable is higher than that of double-core cable, which is mostly used in outdoor floor heating system.

From the point of view of design and installation, single-core cable is more difficult. Double cores are easier to construct than single cores, and the ends can be cut off anywhere. The heating cable heating system is not limited by environmental conditions, and can be used in places with heating needs such as indoor heating, pipeline anti-freezing and insulation, outdoor snow melting and ice melting. (2) Electric heating film floor heating

The electric heating film floor heating system consists of a temperature controller, an electric heating temperature controller, connecting wires, connecting cards, insulation accessories, insulation materials, electric heating films and decorative materials. Electric heating film is the heating element of floor heating system. After both sides of the electrothermal film are electrified, a voltage difference is generated between the positive and negative electrodes, forming an electromagnetic field.
