When was the Fu Ying Concert Hall built?

Yingfutang was built in the third year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1664), more than 340 years ago, covering an area of 183 square meters. There are three wall-hung gatehouses with four columns and five floors at the door. The eight-character door faces the alley. The door frame is heavy Yixian bluestone, and the door is inlaid with stone carvings with kidnapper patterns. The decoration effect is quite good. Small blue tiles are pasted on the door cover, and the corners are made at both ends, which shows the dignity of the dignitaries. The whole hanging gatehouse is grand in conception, orderly in layout and perfect in technology, and belongs to the most artistic hanging gatehouse in Xidi Village.

Yingfutang is a quadrangle with a central courtyard, which is spacious and bright. The instrument door stands at the gate and is usually closed. You have to go through the side doors on both sides to get in. Only a certain level of officials or major festivals can open the instrument door. The biggest advantage of the instrument door is that it separates the courtyard from the outside world, so passers-by can't peep into the courtyard, which enhances the privacy of the house. Behind the instrument door is the front hall, with wings on both sides. The door of the wing faces the patio, and the protective window of the wing faces the patio. The corridors on both sides of the patio are lined with 10 lattice doors. The skirt is actually installed with wooden boards, the lattice fan is decorated with regular osmanthus flowers, and the fan frame plate is engraved with auspicious patterns. Because the current owner is doing business in the yard, the space is too small, so he simply tore down several partition doors to make room for tourist goods. It is difficult for visitors to feel the neat, atmospheric and beautiful visual impact of the lined 10 grid door.
