How many subjects are there in the driving test?
Article 27 The examination contents of motor vehicle drivers are divided into the examination subjects of road traffic safety laws and regulations and related knowledge (hereinafter referred to as "subject 1"), the examination subjects of venue driving skills (hereinafter referred to as "subject 2") and the examination subjects of road driving skills and safe and civilized driving knowledge (hereinafter referred to as "subject 3").
Twenty-eighth examination content and qualification standards are unified throughout the country, and corresponding examination items are stipulated according to different driving models.
Article 29 The contents of Subject 1 examination include: road traffic, traffic signals, traffic safety violations and traffic accident handling, application and use of motor vehicle driving license, motor vehicle registration and other road traffic safety laws, regulations and rules.
Thirtieth subject two examination contents include:
(a) large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, ramps, fixed-point parking and starting, side parking, passing through unilateral bridge, curve driving, right-angle turning, passing through width-limiting doors, passing through continuous obstacles, rolling pavement, turning around on narrow roads, coping with simulated expressways, continuous steep mountain roads, tunnels, rainy (foggy) days, wet roads and emergencies.
(two) small cars, small automatic cars, small automatic passenger cars and disabled low-speed trucks, parking, starting, side parking, curve driving and right-angle turning on the ramp;
(3) Three-wheeled vehicles, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds stop and start on the ramp and pass through unilateral bridge;
(4) The examination contents of wheeled bicycles, trolleybuses and trams shall be determined by the traffic administrative department of the provincial public security organ.
The traffic administrative department of the provincial public security organ may, according to the actual situation, increase the contents of the examination for the quasi-driving type specified in items 1 and 2 of the first paragraph.
Article 31 The contents of the road driving skills test in Subject 3 include: preparing for the test of large buses, tractors, city buses, medium buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks and small automatic buses for the disabled, starting, driving in a straight line, adding and subtracting gears, changing lanes, pulling over, going straight through intersections, turning left at intersections, turning right at intersections, crossing crosswalks, passing through school areas, etc. The examination contents of other quasi-driving models shall be determined by the traffic management department of the provincial public security organ.
The test mileage of large and medium-sized buses shall not be less than 20km, including10km during the day and 5km at night. The test mileage of tractors, city buses and large trucks shall not be less than10km, of which the test mileage shall not be less than 5km during the day and 3km at night. The test mileage of small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks and small automatic buses for the disabled is not less than 3 kilometers. During the daytime test, a simulated night lighting test shall be conducted.
For large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks, the traffic administrative department of the provincial public security organ shall increase the content of driving tests for complex roads such as mountains, tunnels and steep slopes according to the actual situation. For other vehicles that are allowed to drive, the traffic management department of the provincial public security organ may increase the examination content according to the actual situation.
Article 32 The general knowledge test of safe and civilized driving in subject 3 includes: the operating requirements of safe and civilized driving, the knowledge of safe driving in bad weather and complex road conditions, the emergency handling method when a tire is punctured, and the handling knowledge after a traffic accident.
