Aerial photography of feng shui in mountainous areas

If you have never set foot in the world of drones, then the first thing to remember is two things.

1. Not all drones are easy to operate.

Different types of aircraft have different flight performance, some are more flexible and some are more stable. For unmanned aerial vehicles, the price-maneuverability curve is shown in the figure. The most easily controlled UAV model costs about $700, which is high because it has sensors and flight controllers with specific functions. At present, Phantom 3, Inspire 1,? Q500 4K and 3DR SOLO

Figure 1

2. Not all drones can fly directly when they are bought.

Generally speaking, there are three modes: RTF ready to fly, BNF bound to fly and ARF almost ready to fly.

RTF: usually finished products. You may need to do some simple steps, such as charging, installing a propeller and installing a radio receiver on the plane.

BNF: The difference with RTF is that the latter has no radio receiver and transmitter.

ARF: Generally, it is a set of various parts of an airplane, which needs to be installed by itself. Sometimes there is no speed controller, motor, flight controller, etc. Need to check the product description carefully.

Next, let's look at what kind of drones can be bought at what price, and think about what we expect from drones: experience the fun of pilots flying planes, shoot dreamland in inaccessible places, let drones follow you to record every wonderful moment, or a trendy toy that can make children happy ... Know the depth of the market, know your own needs and know yourself, so as to find "your only" from this complicated drone stage.

1.DJI Phantom 3 and Phantom 2 series

DJI's Phantom Series is the UAV with the simplest control, the longest flight time and the best photographic quality on the market! At present, Phantom 3 has three models: standard version, professional version and advanced version.

Phantom 3? Specializing in automatic follow-up, GPS positioning, luminous flux and ultrasonic sensor (positioning without GPS signal), 4K image shooting, but the flight time is only 20 minutes. Phantom 3? Advanced 4K image shooting is upgraded to 1080p. Compared with the specialty, Phantom 3 standard lacks luminous flux sensor and ultrasonic sensor, and 4K image shooting becomes 2.7K. Phantom 3 standard is close to 3DR solo, but the price is less than half of the latter. There is also an app "Flight Simulator" for learning control, which is suitable for beginners to practice.

Figure 2 DJI Phantom 3

2.DJI excitation 1? And Inspire 1 PRO.

The most professional RTF UAV on the market. Not only does it have all the functions of Phantom 3 Professional, but the design of the fuselage is also more perfect: when aerial photography, the propeller will not be photographed. In addition, the 4K camera is placed on a 360-degree horizontal universal rotating chassis, so that the rotation of the camera can be controlled independently. Suitable for aerial photography, search and rescue, three-dimensional mapping and so on. And the flight control is easy, and the price is 2900 dollars.

3.Yuneec Q500 4K

Compared with DJI and 3D robots, Yuneec is unknown. But the price of 1300 is very attractive. Some details are also good, such as having two batteries, a camera handheld device (detachable), supporting third-party plug-ins, and using Android operating system.

Figure 4 Yuneec Q500

4.3DR Solo

Powerful and easy to fly. Kind of like Phantom3, GoPro Hero 4 with detachable camera. The biggest advantage is modular design, easy to update, or add new functions. Without the camera, the price is $999, but after it is fully equipped, the price soars to 1900. Relatively speaking, it is not cost-effective.

5.Hubsan X4

Suitable for beginners, it is about the size of Blade Nano QX, and the price is half of the latter. There are four versions, and the cheapest one is 45 dollars. Compared with Blade Nano QX, it has no corresponding flexible flight mode (see the analysis of Blade Nano QX below) and cannot be completely controlled manually, but it is fast and maneuverable. There are 6 LED lights, which can be switched by joystick.

H 107C is equipped with a standard camera, and 6 1 170-02 is equipped with a 720p camera. H 107D is the most expensive one, and it is equipped with a high-definition camera, which is specially used for the first-person perspective (note: unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with wireless camera feedback equipment, which controls the flight by watching the screen on the ground, just like pilots). Compared with the cheapest models, all three models are equipped with cameras, which shortens the flight time and costs more.

6. Blade nano QX

Blade Nano QX has a moderate taste, and its size is between LaTrax Alias and Proto X. Although it is slightly inferior to LaTrax Alias, it is much better than Proto X at a price of 90 dollars and 60 dollars cheaper than LaTrax Alias.

It has two flight modes: flexible mode, which allows you to practice using joystick to control the flight of aircraft; Stable type, it can automatically keep stable when no one controls it.

The problem is, because this model is small, you need a good eye!

7.parrot bebop

Unlike Parrot AR UAV, Parrot Bebop can be operated not only by mobile phone, but also by using SkyController to experience the joy of joystick flying. After connecting with its matching glasses, there is an immersive feeling.

The biggest advantage is the imaging system. Equipped with 1.4 million pixels 1.80 degree fisheye lens camera, the picture is stable and high quality. There is also a storage format of 1080p.

However, due to the high pixel quality, large amount of data and serious delay, the function of the first-person perspective has become a "chicken rib".

Bebop is moderately priced at $499, but SkyController is relatively expensive at $400.

8.TBS Gemini

Mini six-axis UAV, specially designed for first-person perspective competition. Two major design features:

1) All motors lean forward 10 degrees, and the fuselage leans forward slightly when hovering in the air. When flying forward, you can reduce resistance and increase speed.

2) Modular design, with all components pluggable and compact structure.

It is more suitable for enthusiasts to play, or a mini drone with first-person perspective function. On the whole, the price of 600 dollars is moderate.

9.3D robot IRIS+

It is characterized by automatic take-off and landing, flying according to the settings on the GPS map, real-time transmission of measurement data during the flight and many other automatic driving functions. In addition, it can automatically track according to the GPS signal in the mobile phone. For example, when you go rock climbing, it is like a professional photographer, taking pictures of your majestic posture all the time.

If you are interested in the autopilot system, you can try it for $750. But the user-friendliness is not good.

Figure 1 1. IRIS+ 3D robot

10.3D robot X8+

Compared with 3D Robotics IRIS+, the eight-axis aircraft has greater load capacity and can carry 800g of equipment, such as radar system, camera or a bottle of water. In addition, even if a motor or blade is damaged, it can continue to fly. It also has an automatic tracking function.

Figure 12 3D robot X8+

1 1. New Quanum

It has both the "shape" of DJI Phantom 2 and the "heart" of 3D robot iris. The biggest advantage is that it is similar to the function of 3D Robotics IRIS, and the price is about half of it, 300 dollars, plus the battery and charger is 400 dollars. However, so far, there is little feedback from users and little introduction to its use.

12.LaTrax alias

This model is very suitable for beginners to learn how to use joystick to make quadcopter "fly freely". The fuselage 18 cm wide, with large propeller, can easily make horizontal turns and gyrations. You can install an 808 key chain camera. You can even install a video transmitter, which can realize the first-person perspective.

The price is $ 150. Although it is more expensive, the quality is good and all parts can be replaced.

Figure 14 LaTrax alias

13.Parrot AR UAV 2.0

Within the price range of $299, Parrot AR Drone 2.0 is the best UAV on the market at present. It has a 32-bit processor of 1GHz, a random access memory (ram) of 1GB, a gyroscope, an accelerometer, a magnetometer, a pressure sensor, an ultrasonic sensor and two cameras.

The biggest feature is that you can control the flight with iPhone. You can take aerial photos, or you can watch the images you are shooting in real time on your mobile phone. The disadvantage is that it can't be manipulated with a common joystick.

Because it uses Linux system and has an open source API platform, you can program it.

14.QAV400

QVA400 is designed for the first-person perspective. Usually you buy a flying frame, and then DIY adds all kinds of equipment. If you are willing to spend money, you can also buy a fully assembled model at a price of $970.

Figure 16 QAV400

15.Proto X?

Proto X is one of the smallest drones on the market, with a side length of about 45 mm, but the sparrow is small and complete. Its three gyroscopes, three accelerators, four speed controllers and radio receivers are all integrated on the same circuit board. Because it is very small, it has small inertia, easy speed change and very flexible. However, because the four spiral blades are small and the spacing is small, it is difficult to make the plane tilt and turn. The price is cheap, about $38. Bring your own LED light.
