Tiantianzhai Scenic Area Tiantangzhai Scenic Area Tiantangzhai - National Geological Park, National Forest Park, 4A-level scenic spot. Tiantangzhai is 1,729 meters above sea level and is located in Luotian, Hubei Province in the Dabie Mountains. It borders Yingshan County, Hubei Province and Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, at 31 degrees north latitude and 115 degrees east longitude. Tiantangzhai was called "Yunshan" and "Duoyunshan" in ancient times. It was renamed "Tiantangzhai" after the Yuan Dynasty. In the old days, there was an ancient village built on the top of the mountain. There are 1,487 species of wild plants and 634 species of animals in Tiantangzhai Mountain. Tiantang Lake Scenic Area Tiantang Lake Scenic Area is located at the foot of Bodaofeng, Jiuzihe and Tiantangzhai Scenic Areas. It consists of three parts: Tiantang Lake Reservoir Area, Pumped Storage Power Station and Dadi'ao Village Farmhouse. It is a collection of water recreation and fishing. It is a scenic area integrating leisure, sightseeing and folk customs. Tiantang Lake is also called Dadi'ao. It is said that there are eleven levels of land in this place and the geomantic omen is strange, hence the name. Later, in 1965, a huge artificial reservoir covering an area of more than 8,000 acres and a total storage capacity of more than 100 million cubic meters was built and listed separately. It was connected to the main peak of Tiantangzhai and the water from the surrounding mountains, so it was named Tiantang Lake.
Bodaofeng Scenic Area Bodaofeng National Forest Park is located on the west side of Tiantangzhai, the main peak of Dabie Mountain, with an altitude of 1,404.2 meters and an area of 30 square kilometers. The forest coverage rate reaches 90%, the annual rainfall is 1450mm, and the average temperature is 16.4 degrees Celsius. There are "Juezhu Temple Ruins" from the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, "Duzun Ancient Temple" from the Southern Song Dynasty, "Tongluo Cliff" from the Yuan Dynasty, "Hegao Ancient Village" from the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, and the "Hegao Ancient Village" from the Ming Dynasty. Eighteen Pools
Eighteen Pools originate from Shibapan with an altitude of 1540 meters. The main peak is Sanshengnao, and there are eighteen waterfalls in various shapes in the valley, and eighteen large and small pools are naturally formed, hence the name. The Eighteen Pools have a well-preserved forest ecosystem, which fully displays the attractive magical charm of the valley like a maze. , beech, Dalbergia, kudingcha, wild walnut and other national and provincial key protected rare plants, and also inhabited by national key protected wild animals such as salamander and pangolin. Qingmaiguan Scenic Area is located to the north of the main peak of Dabie Mountain. , adjacent to Tiantangzhai, Jiuzihe Scenic Area and Anhui Jinzhai respectively, covering an area of 16,000 acres. It is a scenic area mainly focused on ancient sightseeing and agricultural tourism.
Qingmaiguan was first built in 1998. In the Southern Song Dynasty, with an altitude of 1092 meters, it is said that it was named because of the steep passes, lush vegetation, passes, city walls, and green moss all year round. The total area is 0.5 square kilometers. There are 120 people and about 30 households in the villa. The history of the building can be traced back to the early Qing Dynasty. It has a history of nearly 200 years. The carved beams and painted pillars on the ancient buildings still retain their elegance. The ancient operas The wood carvings on the beams are even more lifelike. Because crape myrtles are planted all around the compound, it is also called Ziwei Villa. It is also called Sansheng Nao because it is located at the junction of Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. It is 48 meters long from east to west and 168 meters wide from north to south. meters, with a construction area of more than 6,000 square meters. It consists of a courtyard, a theater, 99 rooms in three major units, and 32 patios. Each unit has a theater after entering, followed by a hall, divided into upper and lower rooms. Luotian Kuanghe Guanyin Mountain was called "Kuanluo Mountain" in ancient times. It is 722 meters above sea level and is listed as a famous mountain in eastern Hubei Province. It is located in Kuanghe Town, Luotian County, Hubei Province, 8 kilometers away from Kuanghe Town. The Guanyin Mountain Temple was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. It was rebuilt in the seventh year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1868). There are three statues of Guanyin carved in the temple according to the natural stone marks. They are still popular today. Jinshi River Rafting Tourist Area is located in Luotian County. Dahean Town is 32 kilometers away from the county seat in the west, 126 kilometers away from Wuhan urban area, and only 15 kilometers away from the Dabie Mountain exit of Wuying Expressway; in the north it is 48 kilometers away from Tiantangzhai Scenic Area, the main peak of Dabie Mountain, and 52 kilometers away from Bodaofeng Scenic Area.
Tashan Tashan, also known as Laotashan, is 440 meters above sea level. It is located in Laotashan Village, 2.5 kilometers southeast of Luotian County. It looks like a splendid screen standing southeast of the city, so it is also called "Yuping Mountain". It is said that before the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Bashui barbarians once built the "Nuwa Empress Temple". The beautiful Laota Mountain was once listed among the eight scenic spots in Luotian with the title of "Laota Tangmei". Now Tang Mei has long been destroyed. Qingyuan Zen Temple Qingyuan Zen Temple, also known as Qingyuan Temple, is located on Tashan Mountain in Fengshan Town, Luotian County. It is one of the most influential thousand-year-old temples in the eastern Hubei region at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains and the seat of the Luotian County Buddhist Association. First built in the Tang Dynasty, the temple was built against the mountains of Tashan Mountain, covering an area of 8,500 square meters, with a construction area of 6,500 square meters, and a total investment of nearly 45 million yuan. There are Zen hall, sutra collection building, main hall, guest hall, abbot's room, dining hall, dormitory, Tianwang hall, Yuping tower, mountain gate and other buildings. The scenery is beautiful, the flowers are fragrant and the birds are singing, and the environment is quiet.
Qingyuan Zen Temple has a long history and a collection of talents. In the early Ming Dynasty, Sizheng, a member of the imperial court, and Cheng Zhenggang, a native of Yi, once studied in the temple.
During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Wang Xian, a doctor in the imperial court's criminal department, was authorized to eunuch Wei Zhongxian and persecuted him back to his hometown. He also lived in a temple and founded Tashan Academy to give lectures.
