Can League of Legends be renamed?

Renaming League of Legends requires purchasing a renaming card.

Enter the League of Legends game first. Find the mall button in the upper right corner of League of Legends and click Open. In the mall, you can see two icons next to the coupons. The second one is called an account. You can see the name change card when you open an account. The price of the renamed card is 4900 coupons. Click buy and change your name with the name change card.
