Who should be responsible for the "change of civil fort", Ming Yingzong or eunuch Wang Zhen?
Tumubao is a castle, located in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. Civil fort is located inside Juyongguan-Datong Great Wall, which is an integral part of the Great Wall defense system.
