Philosophy Bell Tower is located in the dormitory area of Canghou Road, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province. It is the birthplace of local organizations in Putian. It was originally one of the school buildings of the philosophy middle school (now Putian No.2 Middle School) run by the American church. It is a five-story red brick old-fashioned building with a 4-meter-square arcade doorway at the bottom. That was the staff dormitory at that time, named "Snow House", with a flat-topped balcony. A small pavilion was built in the middle and a bronze bell was hung.
