Where does Henan, Hubei and Anhui now refer to?

Hubei, Henan and Anhui are located at the junction of Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. Because they are mostly areas with inconvenient transportation and underdeveloped economy, they are named after this, mainly Dabie Mountain area.
