As the car drove on the Pamir Plateau, the scenery was endless, including Muztagh Peak, White Sand Lake, Karakul Lake, Stone City, Taxkorgan County, Golden Grass Beach, Khunjerab Port... ..., first the Gobi, the blue river, then the snow-capped mountains and beautiful lakes that accompany you all the way; on the Pamir Plateau, there are many Kirgiz, Tajik and other enthusiastic ethnic minorities living; if you have the opportunity, go and experience it , you will experience the friendliness, hospitality and national customs of these ethnic groups.

Baisha Lake:

The weathered white sand forms a unique lakeside landform, and also forms a beautiful scenery of blue sky, white clouds, snow-capped mountains, white sand and blue water; the shore of Baisha Lake The line is very long, and it has different beauty when viewed from different angles.

The weather on the plateau also changes at a moment's notice. When we arrived at Baisha Lake, it was raining small ice particles, the wind was biting, and there were dark clouds and fog all around. It cleared up in a few minutes. , the reflection gradually becomes clearer.

Karakul Lake:

When we came to Karakul Lake, the sky was not very beautiful; nevertheless, we can still feel the blue of the lake here, and the snow-capped mountains are far away from the lake. It's so close, it feels so close.

Later, when the sun came out for a moment, Lake Ka was even more beautiful, but it was a pity that it was not recorded.

For travelers who have plenty of time in Kashgar, it is a good choice to stay one night on the edge of Karakul Lake. You can live in a local tent and sleep with the snow-capped mountains and lakes. , you can also watch the sunset and sunrise. At present, the local residents here are also very nice and enthusiastic. For a few dozen yuan, you can stay one night and breakfast will be provided, so you can feel their life and the beauty of Kahu more closely.

Tashkorgan County:

Often referred to as Taxkorgan County, it is located on the Pamir Plateau and is a must-visit place when going to the Hongqi Lapu Port. Bordering Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan, the county town is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It is clean and bright. Walking on the streets, you can hear bright minority songs, and the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers, the warmth of the sun and a slow atmosphere.

If you have time, it is highly recommended to stay in Tajik County for an extra day or two. You can go to some beautiful small villages around the county to experience the enthusiasm and folk customs of the Tajik people. If you don’t have the means to find it yourself, there are some youth hostel owners here who can introduce you and take you around.

Tajik people very much welcome people to visit their homes. Later, I met a girl who had stayed in Tajik County for a few days. She attended a Tajik wedding in a small village below Tajik County, and she and several friends were received very warmly by the groom's family. Marriage among the Tajik people is very grand, and people celebrate with singing, dancing and sumptuous meals for several days; the men also hold a fierce folk custom of riding horses to snatch sheep. People ride horses galloping on the grassland, and the sheep are chased around; The friend said that these scenes would always remain in her memory.

Hongqi Lapu Port:

Starting from Ta County, passing through the beautiful scenery, winding all the way up to Hongqi Lapu Port. Going to experience this majestic country surrounded by snow-capped mountains in person makes me feel a little excited. However, due to its altitude, it is not suitable for excessive exercise. Also remember to wear windproof and warm clothing.

Currently there is a long stretch of dirt road from Kashgar to Ta County, which is extremely bumpy and takes eight or nine hours one way. However, the road being built represents convenience in the future and may also indicate that there will be more roads in the future. More and more people are coming.

Of course, you need to apply for a border defense permit when going to ports and border cities. To go to Hongqi Lapu Port, you need to apply for a border defense permit now in Kashgar or at the place of departure, and then apply for another permit when you arrive in Ta County. Enter.
