Mianyang time limit new regulations July 2022

Except for urban operation guarantee vehicles and special vehicles, a group of two license plate tail numbers are restricted for other motor vehicles from 7: 00 to 22: 00. The tail number of the license plate is divided into: 1 and 6 Mondays, 2 and 7 Tuesdays, 3 and 8 Wednesdays, 4 and 9 Thursdays and 5 and 0 Fridays.

The restricted areas are within the Second Ring Road of Fucheng District (excluding the Second Ring Road), the urban area of Youxian District (including Xiaodao, Dongyuan Xiangyu, Taohua Island and Youxian Economic Experimental Zone), Huazhen Town of Anzhou District and jiepai town.

On July 5, Mianyang, Sichuan issued an orange warning of heavy pollution. According to the "Mianyang City People's Government Office issued Mianyang City Emergency Plan for Heavy Pollution Weather (Revised Edition in 2022)", Mianyang City will implement measures to limit the number of motor vehicles from July 6. In addition to urban operation support vehicles and special vehicles, two license plate tail numbers are rotated, and the tail numbers are 3 and 8 on July 6.
