2) No or less loss of combustion heat.
Our burner is the core of the traditional stove, the integrated structure of the furnace and the pot ring. The pot ring with this structure is basically sealed, and the frying pan is placed on the pot ring, which basically eliminates the phenomenon that a large amount of heat is lost in the old traditional stove. The furnace is double-layer hollow, and this structure allows the hot waste gas generated after combustion to enter the double-layer regenerator through the fire distribution hole to store and reuse the heat. Only a small amount of unburned waste gas is discharged, so the utilization rate of heat is optimal. Compared with traditional cookers, the burning heat can be saved by 20%-30%.
3) put an end to yellow fire
In the process of using traditional cookers, chefs can't turn off the fire when serving and adding seasonings, which leads to yellow fire. The time of serving and seasoning accounts for about 20% of the whole cooking process, during which gas is consumed in vain. We use the mechanical electromagnetic valve and electronic ignition device of the pressure bar to control the yellow fire phenomenon in the cooking process and make the pot fire. The mechanical pot is introduced to prevent yellow fire, saving 20% compared with the traditional pot.
