Which bodhisattva is it?

The real origin of avalokitesvara is that the Prince of Avalokitesvara, who has no pure thoughts, is not free. According to the Buddhist Sutra of Sadness, the Prince of Avalokitesvara was born with great compassion to cut off the sufferings and troubles of all beings, so the Tathagata named him avalokitesvara.

avalokitesvara, a bodhisattva with great compassion and compassion, has a very high and far-reaching influence among the people. In many works, the influence of Guanyin is beyond that of the Jade Emperor. In The Journey to the West, which is familiar to everyone, Guanyin is full of mercy and boundless magic, but the Jade Emperor is the one who is sitting in the hall of Lingxiao and is driven under the table by the Monkey King. The contrast between the two is obvious.

It's just that we must first make sure that Guanyin belongs to Buddhism, while the Jade Emperor and others belong to Taoism and hatchback sect, and they have their own struggles. The Journey to the West himself can't get away from the suspicion of being thick on Buddhism and thin on Taoism. This is just a mention, so I won't elaborate on it for the time being. Guanyin is the most universally revered, but it is also the one who has been most changed and distorted by localization, and has almost lost the original image of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Guanyin Bodhisattva is also known as "the sound of the world" and "the view of freedom". Guanyin is barely abbreviated, and it has existed since the Tang Dynasty. The reason is obvious, and the word "world" was removed to avoid Li Shimin. Most of us now call it Guanyin Bodhisattva or Guanyin Bodhisattva.
