How to add the words header and continuation table to the continuation table?
Tools/materials: Dell G 15, Windows7, Word2020.
1. Open Word to create a blank document and insert a long table that spans two pages in the document.
2. Select the title line of the table, and set it at the top of each page to appear repeatedly in the form of title line.
3. Insert a text box to enter the continuation table and place it above the table title line on the second page.
4. Select the text box, and then click Set AutoShape on the right-click menu.
5. Open the format text box, switch the window to the layout tab, and then click the Advanced Settings button.
6. In the open layout setting window, switch to the Location tab, uncheck the object to move with the text, and then click OK to finish the setting.
7. Add the continuation table, so that even if more rows are added to the table, the text box where the word continuation table is located will remain in the same position in the document.
