Remember an unforgettable thing (composition 400 words)
Childhood memories are like a string of pearls, each pearl is a beautiful memory. Among them, the whitest and brightest pearl records my first skiing experience.
One winter, my parents took me to the ski resort in order to relieve my study pressure. As soon as my father rented the ski equipment, I picked them up and rushed into the locker room.
There are so many people in the locker room! I finally found a seat and put down my things. Picking up the clothes and putting them on. Huh? Why is this dress so long? When I lowered my head, I saw that the clothes and pants were all together! How to wear this? Ask someone else? No, what if someone makes fun of you? Now, wouldn't it be enough to find someone who just came in to imitate his actions? Just do it, I raised my head and looked around, ha! Just then someone came in. I quickly found a seat next to him, picked up my clothes, and wore whatever he wanted me to wear. I actually put on this complicated outfit.
I walked into the ski resort holding my skis and poles. "Wow!" What comes into view is a white field, covered in silver everywhere.
I walked to the snow, followed others to get on the skis, and imagined the movements of the skiers: bending the knees, bending over, raising the head, grabbing the poles with both hands, pushing into the snow, and then using all my strength I pushed back with all my strength, and with a "por" sound, I fell onto the snow instead of getting out. I tried to stand up, but fell down again just halfway. I tried several times, but it was always the same. Just as I was about to call someone, my shoes and skis separated. So, I stood up, shook the snow off my body, and lowered my head to find the skis. As soon as he took a step forward, he bumped into someone. I quickly looked up and it turned out to be a big brother. I apologized and prepared to slip away. And the eldest brother said kindly: "It doesn't matter, here you go." After saying that, he gave me the skis and helped me put them on. Then he said, "Let me teach you how to ski!" Really? I'm very excited.
So, my eldest brother took me to the flat ground and said to me with a smile: "The basics of skiing are to bend your knees, bend over, and raise your head. You can slide out by pushing the pole lightly, but Don't use too much force." I listened and repeated what he said while doing it. "Wow, that's great." I finally slid out. The eldest brother looked at me, nodded and said: "Yes, the movements are in place. Let's start to learn acceleration and deceleration. To accelerate, change the skis from parallel to splayed, and to decelerate, change the skis to splayed." He said and demonstrated, I also started practicing.
After more than two hours of practice, I learned the basics of skiing. Suddenly the eldest brother said: "Let's have a competition. Let's slide down from the middle to see who can skate better." When I saw that it was so high, I felt a little scared and couldn't think about it, but I was afraid of being laughed at, so I had to bite the bullet and agreed. . But when I stood at the starting point, I thought to myself: "What will happen if I slide down? Will I fall?" In the end, I closed my eyes and slid down. After a while, I opened my eyes and looked: "Huh? Why is the big brother waving to me?" No, I am sliding backwards. what to do? Suddenly I heard someone shouting "Slow down!" Why did I slow down? I broke out in a cold sweat and suddenly remembered: pigeon-toed! I quickly adjusted my skis. But why is it losing weight faster and faster? Since this didn't work, I changed to an externally-shaped figure. The speed really slowed down, and finally I reached the finish line.
I fell in love with skiing from then on, but the feeling was always different from the first time.
