Manufacturing method of sipping bucket:
350g of bean flour (or corn flour), 0/50g of white flour/kloc-,and 300g of water.
1. Put the bean flour and white flour into the basin at the same time, stir evenly, and pour water (water temperature: hot in winter, cool in summer and warm in spring and autumn) into soft dough.
2. Put the special sipping bed (also called bucket bed) on the pot. Put a piece of soft noodles into the concave part of the sipping bed, hold the sipping handle (special rectangular wooden tray) with your left hand, press hard to make the noodles leak into the pot to form a small round strip with a length of 3 cm, and take it out after cooking.
