Customized products do not support seven-day unreasonable return.
Since the implementation of the new Consumer Protection Law, the 7-day unreasonable return rule has given consumers the right to regret online shopping. However, consumers need to pay attention when returning goods. Not all goods can be returned within 7 days for no reason. The Consumer Protection Law stipulates that there are four types of goods that are not applicable for 7 days and there is no reason to return them. As an online shopping consumer, we must first understand that the 7-day unreasonable return rule does not apply to all goods. For example, the following four types of goods are not suitable for 7 days without reason to return: 1, the consumer orders; 2. Fresh and perishable; 3. Digital products such as audio-visual products and computer software downloaded or unpacked by consumers online; 4. Delivered newspapers, periodicals and other commodities that are not suitable for return according to the nature of commodities and confirmed by consumers when purchasing. In addition, the seven-day unreasonable return rule does not apply to the following goods confirmed by consumers at the time of purchase: 1, goods that are easy to change the nature of the goods after unpacking and affect personal safety or life and health; 2. Once activated or tried, the value of the commodity is derogatory; 3. Commodities near the expiration date and defective products that have been clearly stated at the time of sale. When consumers want to return goods purchased online, they can refer to the above seven categories of goods to determine whether they can be treated according to the 7-day unreasonable return rule. If you do not meet the relevant conditions, you can't generally ask the seller to return the goods. In reality, many e-commerce sellers have included maternal and child products, skin care cosmetics, food, wallpaper, health care products and so on. In the scope of non-return except for goods that are not applicable for 7 days without reason as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law.
