How to make a device that can predict the weather.
Hahahaha, I know this. I learned it and did it when I was in elementary school. Make a simple sunny flower!
The first step is to find a piece of paper with strong absorbency, such as filter paper, and fold it into a flower. Those with strong hands-on skills can make it more beautiful. Then use something to support it, such as wire or something.
The second step is to dissolve the salt (sodium chloride) in the water, preferably at a higher concentration, and then add some red ink (don’t add too much, control the amount yourself).
The third step is to soak the flowers made in the first step in concentrated salt water. If the paper is not good, just drip the concentrated salt water on it and let the flowers dry. Put it in a bottle and put it on the balcony.
The fourth step is to look at the changes in the flowers. If the color becomes darker, it means that the humidity in the air is relatively high, it may rain or it is cloudy, because the salt on the flowers is easy to dissolve due to high humidity; if the color is lighter It means that the air humidity is low and it is usually sunny.
Of course, this sunny flower is not very accurate, after all, it uses sodium chloride, but it is quite simple and can be made for fun.
