Several principles in work

There is no right or wrong in many things at work, but stick to your principles anyway.

1. If others need your help, you must help them not to have an advantage.

Due to the nature of the work, it is necessary to cooperate with various departments to complete some work. For example, the staff of a certain department are dispatched from the work group, and the staff who are not in their own units are deleted, and then he sends you screenshots of all the staff in this group for you to screen. If it were you, would you screen for him? Of course not. It is more appropriate to provide him with an accurate list than to complete the screening for him.

2. Others turn to your work. If you are not responsible but another colleague is responsible, don't promise for others; If you say yes, please finish it. Don't throw the pot to others. Do you think it's good to promise others, be a good person and leave it to others later?

Treat your superiors and colleagues equally, and the tasks can be prioritized, but don't treat them differently just because the people who give you the tasks are different. Now the change is so rapid that it will really become a reality, so don't do it yourself.

The more dissatisfied you are, the more you should work hard, or one day you will find that you have not changed and stories are repeating themselves everywhere.
