Guide words of Anyang Mars Manor 1:

Friends of tourists:

Hello everyone! Welcome to Ma Manor, the former residence of Ma Piyao, Governor of Guangdong and Guangxi in Qing Dynasty.

Ma Shi Manor is the largest mansion in the Central Plains, with large scale, spacious and bright houses and extraordinary style. The whole manor covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a building area of 5,000 square meters. The manor is divided into three districts and six groups, each group has four courtyards and nine gates, commonly known as nine gates.

Let's walk into the manor now. What we are seeing now is the gatehouse of Majia Temple. The middle doorway is engraved with the words "Majiamiao". Above is the reading building where Ma's children study. Ma Piyao's family instructions are very strict. There used to be a special wooden ladder for going upstairs to study. After the students go up, the family members remove the ladder and can't go downstairs until their studies are completed. Now the stairs are for tourists to visit.

This is the first entrance to the manor, and the things in this yard are Majiajiashu. Ma Piyao attaches great importance to education, and Ma's children have to study here from the age of 4 to 13. By the age of 13, those who have studied well will continue to study in the reading building, and those who have not studied well will go to plow or do something else. Ma's family motto is that a first-class person is a loyal minister and a dutiful son, and reading and ploughing are two things. Then there is the sacrificial courtyard of Majia Temple, where ancestor worship ceremony is held. The temple was built in strict accordance with the regulations of the imperial court at that time, with the temple in the east and the bedroom in the west. From here is the residential area of Marsh Manor.

There are three roads in the middle area of Ma Shi Manor, which consist of two courtyards and nine doors on the central axis. Our present position is the entrance 4 of East Road. It is where Ma Piyao and his children live.

Ok, now, please walk around, and we will continue to visit in half an hour.

Anyang Mars Manor Tour Guide Words 2:

Tourists and friends

Hello everyone! Welcome to Ma Manor, the former residence of Ma Piyao, Governor of Guangdong and Guangxi in Qing Dynasty. I'm a tour guide? Today, I will introduce you to the general situation of Ma Shi Manor.

Anyone who has traveled to Anyang may know that there are "four scenic spots" in Anyang County, one is the exquisiteness of Zhaojiahe (natural landscape), the other is the aura of Lingquan Temple (national cultural relics protection unit), the third is the righteousness of Yuejin Canal (artificial Tianhe sister canal comparable to Hongqi Canal), and the fourth is the atmosphere of Mashi Manor. The atmosphere of Mars Manor refers to its large buildings, bright and wide houses and great momentum. The manor covers an area of 20,000 square meters with a building area of 5,000 square meters. The whole manor is divided into three areas and six groups, each group has four courtyards and nine gates, commonly known as nine gates. The whole manor has 40 1 room, mostly with blue tiles and hard roofs, five mountains and six beasts. It is a typical bureaucratic manor in the late Qing Dynasty. The architectural model of Ma's Manor has the characteristics of spacious and bright quadrangles in Beijing (Ma Piyao's second son Ma is an official in Beijing and influenced by Beijing's architectural style); There is also the architectural art of Shanxi Jinshang Courtyard (Ma Piyao has been an official in Shanxi for many years, and the official is the official); There are also blue bricks and tiles in the Central Plains, and there are five mountains and six beasts hanging in the corridor. In 2000, the People's Government of Henan Province announced Ma Shi Manor as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit.

Let's walk into the manor now. What we are seeing now is that the gatehouse of Mashijia Temple was built in Guangxu for six years, which is 1880. Above the main entrance, there are four characters "Ma Shijia Temple" inscribed by Yan Jingming, Minister of Military Aircraft and Minister of Household Affairs of the Qing Dynasty. "Zhuiyuan" and "Pigen" at the east and west gates were written by Zhang Ma Ji, the second son of Ma Piyao. The reading building above is where the children of Ma study. There used to be a special wooden ladder to go to the reading building. After the students went up, the family removed the ladder. In order to ensure the study time and concentration during the study, students are generally not allowed to go downstairs after going upstairs, including food and accommodation, without special circumstances. The stone stairs built now are for tourists to visit.

This is the head of the manor. On the east and west sides of this yard are horses' schools. Ma's direct descendants, from 4 years old to 13 years old, have to study here. Ma family has always attached importance to the imperial examination, since childhood. At the age of 13, those who are promising will move to the reading building to continue their studies in order to take the imperial examination. If you don't study well, let them plow or do something else. Ma's tutor is a first-class loyal minister and dutiful son, and studying and farming are two things. Before the Republic of China, the word school did not exist. Government-run schools are called "academies", private schools are called "libraries" or "private schools", and families ask teachers to teach their children to read. A wealthy bureaucratic family in Malik invited their husbands to teach at home.

The five rooms in the North Temple are called "Yanyitang", which is a place for collective banquets after ancestor worship. Before the banquet, everyone should sit in a group here, listen to the prohibition of alcohol in Majia Temple, and then set up the banquet. Each table needs six people, four dishes and one wine, and white rice. Four dishes, two meats, two dishes, one bottle of wine and six liang.

Then there is the sacrificial compound of Majia Temple. Every year during Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and winter, the next of kin of the horse will hold a grand ancestor worship ceremony here. In ancient China, which was closely related to patriarchal clan system, ancestor worship became the belief of Han nationality, and sacrifice was the best form of ancestor worship. By offering sacrifices, it not only shows that future generations will not forget their roots and abide by filial piety, but also shows that future generations will live in harmony, carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future, and be deeply rooted.

In ancient China, temples were places for offering sacrifices to immortals and ancestral halls were places for offering sacrifices to ancestors. There are regulations in all dynasties, which level of officials can build temples, and how big temples have strict regulations, which are not allowed to exceed. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, laws and regulations were not so strict, and the number of people who built ancestral temples gradually increased, and there was no difference between temples and ancestral temples. In addition, there was a provision in the Qing Dynasty that when officials committed crimes, the court would not copy the temple when it seized property. Therefore, most officials try their best to build their temples in style to prevent accidents. The Majia family is very well-behaved, and the temple is built in strict accordance with the first to third grades of the Qing Dynasty code. In feudal society, the ancestral temple also had a function, which was a place to handle family affairs. For example, holding festivals, handling disputes, punishing people with serious faults, and even using criminal law to exercise social functions equivalent to first-class political institutions. It has played a positive role in stabilizing social order in a certain period of time.

The east wing of this hospital is called "clothes left behind", which, as the name implies, is a place to store the clothes and relics of ancestors; The west wing room is called "Tibetan sacrifice place", which is the place where sacrificial vessels are usually placed.

There are five halls here, which are tall and magnificent, and are the main buildings of Majia Temple. Enjoy the spacious platform and incense burner in front of this hall. Yan Jingming wrote an inscription "Yuxiutang" on the tablet in xiang tang. Tang Yuxiu is a place of self-cultivation, newspaper and honor. Entering the main hall, you can see that there are four shrines in the middle of the front, which are dedicated to the memorial tablets of the last four generations of ancestors of Ma Piyao, and there is also a table-offering incense table in front.

The Hall of Qinghui also stipulates that the official residence and the temple live in the east and the bedroom in the west. From here to the west, it is the residential area of Ma Shi Manor.

There are three roads in the central area of Ma Shi Manor, all of which are composed of two courtyards, and nine doors are opened on the central axis. We are now located in No.4 East Road Courtyard, and the main building is the bedroom of Ma Piyao's eldest son Ma, which is located in the east of his father's bedroom, in line with the traditional folk custom that the eldest son lives in the east.

Let me give you a brief introduction of the Marquise. Margeson has been engaged in business all his life. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, imperial academy was granted the right to open the Liuhegou Coal Mine in Anyang (now belonging to Handan Mining Bureau), set up Anyang Guangyi Cotton Mill (now the predecessor of Anyang Yubei Cotton Textile Mill), set up Anyang Mining Corporation and served as the president of Anyang Chamber of Commerce. He started the national industry in Henan and is a famous industrialist.

Look at the East Building, also known as "Majia Embroidery Building". Ma Piyao's three daughters, Ma, have lived here for many years. The reputation of "Qiu Jin in the south and Xia Qing in the north" spread all over the country. At the age of eighteen, Ma married Liu Yaode, the richest man in Zhongzhou, Weishi County, Henan Province, and changed her name to Liu with her husband's surname. Influenced by her family since childhood, she is charitable and has done many public welfare undertakings. Emperor Guangxu felt that she had some merits, named her "Mrs. Yipin" and gave her a lady's costume, which was called "Mrs. Yipin Yusheng". During her visit to Japan with her second brother Ma, she met a generation of celebrities who had studied in Japan, such as Lu Xun, Huang Xing, Song, He Xiangning, Kang Youwei, Liang Qichao, and Sun Yat-sen. Her revolutionary ideas advanced by leaps and bounds and she resolutely joined the China League. From then on, she followed Dr. Sun Yat-sen on the revolutionary road of "expelling Tatars, restoring China, overthrowing the Manchu Dynasty, and implementing * * * and". She visited Sun Yat-sen twice and expressed her willingness to donate all her property to the country for railway construction. Sun Yat-sen was deeply moved and wrote two words for her: "The world is for the public" and "Women's Heroes". Later, Yuan Shikai defected and the north and south split, but her wish failed to come true. She donated huge sums of money again and again, set up schools and revolutionary publications, and supported the revolutionary uprising and education. Mr. Lu Xun praised her as "the heroine of China" and "both talent and appearance". General Feng Yuxiang entered Henan as the overseer of Henan. She donated all her millions of possessions and fulfilled her long-cherished wish. Ma Zhangji wrote specially for her: My little sister's name is Xia Qing, and I don't want men to compare with women. I've been generous with money all my life, and millions of pieces of silver belong to China.

Further on, these two courtyards are children's living rooms, and the second wing into the courtyard is the life exhibition of Ma Jisen and Ma, which shows some materials and articles.

Further on, the hall we see is Ma Piyao's bedroom. What is displayed in the living room now is the relevant historical materials and objects of Ma Piyao, from which we can get a general understanding of his life and the contribution of his children to the country, society and people.

Go west from here, and you will find the middle road. There are "Jinshi Di" and "Taishidi" plaques on the middle door. Jinshi tablet belongs to Ma Piyao, and Taishi tablet belongs to Ma Piyao's second son Ma. The east wing shows the architectural model of the whole Ma Shi Manor, and the west wing restores the financial office. The income of the Ma family can be seen from the exhibits in the counting room. Ma Piyao and his second son, Ma Ji-sen, earn a lot of money as an official, and the eldest son, Ma Ji-sen, also earns a lot of money in running an industry. The third son, Ma Jimei, and the fourth son, Ma Jishuguang, also have rich farming income. From this point of view, it is inevitable that Ma's family will build this prominent manor. Look at the second door again. The four characters "neat and serious" on the forehead of the door were written by Yan Jingming. The screen door inside is generally closed, only when there is a wedding or funeral. The couplets on both sides are: "There is no shortage of parents in the world, and the most difficult brothers in life". Compiled for Ma Piyao, it embodies Ma Piyao's Confucian thoughts of benevolence, righteousness and filial piety. There are four pieces of Ma's family instructions and official scripts engraved on the door of Zhongping, which were originally written by Ma, and now only two pieces are left. What we are seeing now is a replica. Ma Jiaxun is the thirty-seventh hexagram of the Book of Changes. Its central meaning is: the woman is the master, the man is away, and the old and the young are orderly. Parents should be strict with themselves without breaking the law. Be warm to your guests. The whole family should be honest and solemn, do their part and pay attention to self-cultivation, so that the world will be stable. Ma Piyao was educated by Confucianism and influenced by his family. While paying attention to his self-cultivation, he also requires his family to be polite and conscientious. Father and son, brothers and brothers, husband and wife, each according to his ability, family members respect and love each other and live in harmony.

Please come with me and keep walking inside. This hospital is a horse hospitality hospital, and the east and west wing rooms are guest rooms. The West Chamber shows the official system of the Qing Dynasty. "I couldn't understand it in the Ming Dynasty, but I could understand it in the Qing Dynasty." The hierarchy of the Qing dynasty was strict, with ministers ranging from one product to one product and nine products below the county order, and from nine products to eight products to eighteen products. All kinds of treatment regulations are very clear, and no one can violate them. Only when you wear it can you see the rank and culture of an official. Civil servants are marked by birds and officers by animals.

The main hall is the living room. When the guests come, have a rest in the living room and wait for the host to meet them. On the middle screen door hangs the imperial plaque of "a model of a hundred officials" given to Ma Piyao by Emperor Guangxu. Ma Piyao has the reputation of "Ma Qingtian" in Shanxi for twenty years, from the beginning as a magistrate in Shanxi to serving as a provincial judge and minister in Shanxi. Emperor Guangxu felt that he had something to recommend, calling Ma Piyao a "model of a hundred officials" in Shanxi. Ma Piyao is indeed a "model of a hundred officials". Please look at a pair of couplets that he personally wrote and hung in the lobby when he was the magistrate in Pinglu: Do not love money, do not follow the situation. I am empty here, you don't need to bow to national laws and justice. This couplet still has practical educational significance.

This is the third yard, and there is a well in the southwest, which is the old well of the manor. It is six meters deep, the water is bitter, and it will not dry up for many years. The main room is the living room of Ma Piyao's mother Yang, and the auspicious words "Long live the eyebrows" are engraved on the wall. Empress Dowager Cixi stayed here on 1902 1 month 1 day. Some people may ask, why does Empress Dowager Cixi live here? 1in mid-August, 900, Eight-Nation Alliance went to Beijing. Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu fled to xi 'an in a hurry, and returned to Beijing from Xi 'an after the signing of the Treaty of Xin and Chou. When Ma, the minister of national protection, passed through Anyang, he invited Cixi and Emperor Guangxu to visit his family's Jiangcun Manor. Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu thought that their father, Ma Piyao, had devoted himself to the imperial court and made outstanding achievements, so they happily played and stayed at Ma's manor. The walls of the house here are thick and bright, warm in winter and cool in summer. This western giant birthday character was written by Empress Dowager Cixi before Ma Piyao's 60th birthday in the 20th year of Guangxu. At the same time, it was also endowed with the word "Fu", embroidered robe, ruyi, ruler and so on. To show his favor and praise to Mapi kiln.

We came to this backyard, which is the central courtyard of Mars Manor. Look at the hall building first. This is the former residence of Master Ma Piyao, and the couplets were written by Ma. "Fitness Hall" under the plaque and "Lianyuan Building" on the plaque. The interior furnishings are the same. We have mentioned something about Mapi Kiln. Now introduce it in detail.

Ma Piyao, a native of Yushan, Xijiang Village, was born in 183 1 and died in 1895 at the age of 65. He is a scholar, who worked as a magistrate in Shanxi until he became a judge and minister in Shanxi. He is diligent and loves the people and has made remarkable achievements. He is deeply loved by the people and is called "Ma Qingtian". Later, he successively served as Guizhou provincial judge, Guangxi prefect and Guangxi governor. He made great contributions to his post, and the court gave him a top hat, assistant minister of the Ministry of War and right deputy of Duchayuan. After being transferred to the governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, during the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, he worked hard to repair politics at home and defend the enemy abroad, especially investigating Li Zhanghan, the eldest brother of Li Hongzhang, a corrupt official, and won the support of the masses. However, due to overwork, he died of illness. Emperor Guangxu praised him for his dedication in his eulogy, and specially named him "Doctor Guanglu" and "Powerful General" (the highest title of a civil servant).

The East Wing is the former residence of Ma Piyao's second son Ma. 1 month 1902, Emperor Guangxu returned to Beijing from Xi 'an via Anyang with Empress Dowager Cixi, and stayed here.

Ma was a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty and served as an official all his life. He used to be editor of Hanlin Academy, assistant editor of National History Museum, general school of Huidian Museum, judge of Hubei Province and academic consultant of Hubei Province. After the Revolution of 1911, he served as the internal history of Yuan Shikai's Presidential Palace and the Secretary-General of Beiyang Government's Presidential Palace. Ma cares about the country and the people and attaches importance to education. Especially her sister Ma, stepped onto the revolutionary road step by step and became a generation of women's heroes. Zhang Maji played a very important role. He is not only knowledgeable, but also a famous educator and calligrapher. His seal script is a model of a generation. At that time, imperial academy praised the horse. "The first promotion of contemporary seal script is regular script (the font size of the horse). Because it has no faction, it is superior to others. " Please look at a pair of couplets written by him, which is a collection of poems by Tang Dynasty poets Bai Juyi and Xu Hun: "Red rice, yellow orange and fragrant rice, weaving umbrellas to raise green sand." Calligraphy is elegant and vigorous.

The west wing is the wedding bridal chamber of the Ma family. Mr. Feng Shui said that this house is a new wedding house, and it is auspicious. Therefore, Ma's new daughter-in-law will marry into this house and move to another room after a while.

We crossed the northwest passage, which is the backyard of West Road. The main hall of this quadrangle is the former residence of Ma Piyao's fourth son Ma. There are bedrooms in the west, two in the middle and two in the east. The east of the restaurant is connected with the kitchen, with reasonable layout and convenient life.

To the south is a small courtyard, which is now decorated as the Red Tourism College. In mid-June, 1947, Liu Deng's army left Shangdang area in southeast Shanxi and entered Ma Shi Manor in Jiangcun. At that time, Commander Liu Bocheng lived in Westinghouse, Political Commissar Deng Xiaoping lived in the East Room, and the main room was the headquarters. In late June of that year, the China People's Liberation Army Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Field Army Command "Southwest Shandong Combat Conference" was held here. Besides Liu Bocheng and Deng Xiaoping, column leaders including Yong Yang, Su Zhenhua, Chen Zaidao, Wang Weigang, Chen Xilian, Peng Tao, Wei Jie, Du Yide, Zhang Jichun, Li Da and Guo Tianmin attended the meeting. The meeting conveyed the three important instructions of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman Mao, and further refined the operational tasks of breaking through the central defense line of the Kuomintang army, crossing the Yellow River south, advancing into the Dabie Mountains, and deterring Nanjing. The specific time of the meeting is June 22nd. Seven days later, on the night of June 30th, Liu Bocheng and Deng Xiaoping led the field army 1, 2, 3, 6 columns1.20,000 people in the 200-mile section from Zhangji Town to Linpuji, and suddenly launched a cross-river operation, breaking through the Yellow River defense line of the Kuomintang army in one fell swoop, which opened the prelude to the strategic attack of the China People's Liberation Army.

"Longbaohuai" in the courtyard is another landscape of Ma Shi Manor. When Liu Bocheng and Deng Xiaoping lived here, they played chess under a tree. "Longbaohuai" has a history of hundreds of years and existed before the completion of Ma Shi Manor. This tree is very aura. It is said that anyone who holds the dragon tree and stays up for three nights can be a scholar. Seven sleepless nights can make a man, and ten sleepless nights can make a scholar. Thinking under a tree for half a month will make you invincible and indomitable. In this way, this is a place to test people's will and nurture their wisdom. It is understandable that Ma Piyao and his four sons are either scholars or scholars.

Go further and you will arrive at the study room yard. The five main rooms in the courtyard are the Ma family's west study room, the East room is the painting and calligraphy room, and the Westinghouse is Mr. Painting and Calligraphy's bedroom. The three main rooms in the front yard are the rooms of Mr. Zheng Yunren, a family teacher. Mr. Zheng used to be Ma Piyao's teacher. After Ma Piyao became an official, he was invited to the manor to take charge of Mr. Shu.

Please follow me to visit the former residence of Ma Jimei, the third son of Ma Piyao.

What we are seeing now is the southern residential area of Marsh Manor. Initially, it was designed as three roads, of which only the gate and the house facing the street were built on Xi 'er Road, but it was not built because of the change of the present situation. East Road, as we can see, was built in the 13th year of the Republic of China, namely 1924.

Its main building complex is also a "nine-door combination" pattern, consisting of four quadrangles before and after, and the architectural form is roughly the same as that of the residential area in the central area. The differences are as follows: first, the courtyard is enlarged, and the second and fourth courtyards become seven main rooms and five wing rooms respectively; The second is to add two doors and three doors on the central axis; Third, there is no building in the backyard main house; Fourth, a row of small houses was built in each main building. Its building scale and specifications are obviously higher than that of the central area, which is not only reflected in the increase of the main building volume and the number of city gates, but also reflected in the extensive use of exquisite stone carvings, wood carvings and brick carvings. The reason is that the Southern District was built in the early years of the Republic of China, and at this time it is no longer subject to the provisions and restrictions of the building hierarchy. This area was built and lived by Ma Piyao's third son Ma.

Let me briefly introduce the owner of the manor, maggie may.

Ma Jimei, the third son of Ma Piyao, was born in the fifth year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty, that is, 1866, and died in 1938 at the age of 73. In the 14th year of Guangxu, that is, 1888, he took part in the provincial examination and was admitted to Gong Sheng, a scholar who was promoted from a scholar to the capital of imperial academy. In the seventeenth year of Guangxu, that is, 189 1, it was recommended by the provincial examination room for a living. In the Qing Dynasty, Gong Linsheng was given to him by the state.

When he was in Shaanxi, he was recommended as a magistrate of a county by the governor of Shaanxi for his meritorious service in disaster relief. After arriving in Shandong, he did a good job in flood control of the riverbank from Chenjiayao to Liuwangzhuang. The Governor of Shandong Province made him known as Zhili and was responsible for rescuing river workers for many years. He achieved fruitful results in several autumn floods, and the governor of Shandong also named him the magistrate. Later, he also worked as a fund-raiser and a river worker in Shandong. In March of the first year of the Republic of China, his eldest brother Ma died of illness, so he had to take time off to go home to take care of the family affairs and help his nephew Ma Ganghe continue to run various factories and mines. At the same time, Ma Jimei also runs three coal mines: Anyang, Dazhong, Sheng Da and Tangyin Gucheng. He is also a member of Anyang County Council.

Ma Jimei * * * has 65,438+065,438+0 sons and 65,438+00 daughters, of which the eldest son Gan and the second son Yi are the most famous. I will introduce them to you when I visit their bedroom.

The word "Guangde" on the plaque at the gate was written by President Xu Shichang of the Republic of China, which means "Everbright Morality". Xu Shichang was the president of the late Qing Dynasty. During his presidency, he advocated peace between the northern and southern warlords and established a special peace promotion association. Among all the presidents of Beiyang government, he served for the longest time. He and Ma Jimei's second brother Ma are both academicians and have a good personal relationship. During his presidency, he always asked Ma to be his secretary. Ma advised him and was highly valued. When he no longer served as president, Ma Zhangji also resigned. I have been devoted to learning knowledge in Beijing.

The west wing where the head enters the hospital is the office of Ma Jimei's family. At the peak of his family's prosperity, there were more than 50 hectares of fertile land, and the annual grain harvest exceeded 5,000 stones. At the same time, there are three coal mines with considerable economic income. From this point of view, it is not a problem for him to build such a big house.

The east wing is his housekeeper's room. In the past, every big family had a housekeeper, and so did the Ma family. His duty is to help the owners manage the real estate industry and arrange the daily life of the owners' families and other things.

Look at the second door again. The front plaque of the second door has the word "Fu Wei", which means keeping promises and winning people's awe. The plaque on the back of the second door is "Yi Yun", which means quiet and pleasant. Go in and enter the second hospital. Look at the west wing first. This used to be the bedroom of Ma Jimei's children, and now it is the showroom of Yuejin Canal in Anyang County. Yuejin Canal and Hongqi Canal are a pair of sister canals. It was an artificial Tianhe dug by the people of Anyang County in Taihang Mountain area in the west of Anyang County in 1960s under the leadership of the Party. The East Wing was originally the bedroom of Ma Jimei's children, and now it focuses on the remains of Ma Shi Manor and some folk items. Let's look at the main room again. It has seven halls, the reception room is in the west and the dining room is in the east. Shareholders' meetings in coal mines are often held here.

Then there is the Sanjin Courtyard, whose east and west wing rooms are the bedrooms of Ma Ji's beautiful children. There are three gates in the south, and the plaque on the front reads "Dunpin", which means sincere quality. In other words, we should be kind and sincere in dealing with people. The plaque on the back is "Ningrui", which means good luck. Then there is the Jin Si Courtyard, where the west wing is the bedroom of Ma Henggan, the eldest son of Ma Jimei. Now let me give you a brief introduction of Ma Henggan: He was born in the 14th year of Guangxu (1888), and his name was Gu Qing. In the thirty-first year of Guangxu (1907), Juren graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology. In the early years of the Republic of China, he served as assistant director of Anyang Dazhong Coal Mine and Tangyin Gucheng Coal Mine, and was the right-hand man of his father Ma Jimei. The East Wing is the bedroom of Ma Heng, the second son of Ma Jimei. Let me introduce you to Ma Hengyi. Born in December of the 25th year of Guangxu (1899). In his third year in Xuan Tong, he was admitted to Beijing Tsinghua University (19 1 1). 19 18 autumn, he was chosen to study in the United States to study mining in Misuri Institute of Mining. 192 1 After returning to China, I worked as a professor in Jiaozuo Institute of Technology for a long time. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he taught in Northwest Institute of Technology. 1948 to 1950, professor of Chongqing university. He taught in Beijing Institute of Mining and Technology for a long time before his death. Ma Zaizhi actively demanded ideological progress and 1953 joined the China * * * Production Party. During my stay in Beijing Institute of Mining and Technology, I served as the director of the teaching and research section and the provost. 1956 was elected as the representative of Beijing Municipal People's Congress. He is honest and knowledgeable, and he is a famous mining expert in China.

Then look at the main room. Seven rooms in the main room are Ma Jimei's bedroom. Its pedestal is very high, the stone carving and wood carving are exquisite, the materials are exquisite, the interior is spacious and bright, and a family portrait of Ma Jimei is hung on the southwest wall, which was taken in front of the house.

This paper introduces the main buildings and exhibition contents of the South District. If you are interested, you can look at the back, east and west. These houses are mainly warehouses, kitchens and servants' residences.

Thank you for coming!

The third story of Mazhuang in Anyang:

In Anyang, there is another place I have never heard of, that is, the manor, whose architectural style is similar to that of the Qiao family courtyard in Shanxi and the courtyard in Tianjin.

Ma Shi Manor is located in Xijiang Village, Jiangcun Township, Anyang County, Henan Province, and has the reputation of "the first house in the Central Plains". It is a building complex from Guangxu to the Republic of China in the late Qing Dynasty, covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters and a building area of more than 5,000 square meters, which is even larger than the "Qiao Family Courtyard" in Shanxi 1000 square meter. It consists of 22 courtyards of Liu Lu Road in the south, middle and north areas. There are more than 400 existing temples, halls, buildings and corridors, which were the residence of Ma Piyao, governor of Guangdong and Guangxi in the late Qing Dynasty. "There is a building in the courtyard, a corridor in the building, a corridor around it, and the courtyard is connected", which is the most prominent architectural feature of Ma Shi Manor. Ma Shi Manor not only has the spacious and bright architectural style of typical Beijing quadrangles, but also has the profound architectural art of Shanxi merchants' courtyard, as well as the architectural characteristics of blue bricks and gray tiles and corridors with five ridges and six beasts in the Central Plains.

The reason why it is so well preserved is that after liberation, Ma Shi Manor was used by teachers and students of No.1 Middle School in this county for a long time, and later became the location of adult education and local primary schools, which has continued to this day. In recent years, it has been further repaired and managed, and a large number of manor owners' remains and relics have been collected from the society.

During the War of Liberation, Ma Shi Manor was once the headquarters of Liu Dengjun. Liu Deng held a famous "Southwest Shandong Combat Conference" here and made a major strategic decision of "crossing the Yellow River and advancing thousands of miles into Dabie Mountain".

In 2005, Ma Ying's father, Ma Heling, led a delegation to Tomb-Sweeping Day to seek roots and worship ancestors.

Even the Lafayette Cixi lived here for more than a month. At that time, the "dragon" bed specially made for Cixi was still there. The whole bed is carved with dragons and phoenixes, made of superior wood. The extremely luxurious appearance is really hard to describe. I didn't understand what is meticulous until I arrived at the scene.

Ma Piyao, the owner of Ma Manor, has four men and three women, followed by horses. After the Revolution of 1911, he served as the internal history of Yuan Shikai's presidential palace and the secretary of the presidential palace of Beiyang government. Yuan Shikai lived here for a long time because of his close relationship with horses. In fact, the most famous Ma family is Ma Piyao's youngest daughter Ma. I studied in Japan and followed Sun Yat-sen in my early years. Because I admired the revolution, I wanted to donate my huge fortune to the revolutionary cause, but I failed to do so for some reasons. Sun Yat-sen was moved by her spirit, praised her as a "heroine", and wrote "All Men in the World" for him. Ma is also a famous educator and a woman of the Revolution of 1911. Later generations commented that "there is Qiu Jin in the south and Xia Qing in the north".

Mars Manor is basically similar to the quadrangles in Beijing, with three rows in one row. There are nine courtyards in each row, from narrow to wide and from low to high. Every time I enter the courtyard, there are couplets. Read them carefully and feel that every yard and room has a story.

In a passage of Ma Piyao's exhortation to children and grandchildren, there are several words that make people feel deeply: "Read more useful books, make fewer useless friends, respect all evils, and treat all things honestly .....". Shouldn't these words be the motto of each of us?

Visit Ma Shi Manor, feel the culture of the Central Plains, experience the architectural features and relive modern history. Because it has just opened to the outside world in recent years, its popularity is not high, so that it has not been recognized in many places in Henan. It's really a pity that all the tourism resources that feel so good these years have been wasted. I also answered that sentence: good wine is afraid of the deep alley.
