5. Project Quality Supervision, Inspection and Acceptance

6. Project payment

VII. Warranty

4. Party B must strictly abide by the construction process requirements during construction. If mold and leakage problems occur again in the repaired project, Party B shall complete the repairs within two days after receiving Party A’s notification and bear the responsibility. 8. Liability for breach of contract

1. If Party B delays the start of construction, fails to complete construction, or fails to perform other obligations within the prescribed time limit, it shall bear the tentative total project cost to Party A for each day overdue. If any of the liquidated damages is overdue for seven days or there are more than three delays (including three) in total, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B shall bear all losses caused by Party A (including Party A's resulting losses to the third party). compensation and liquidated damages paid by three parties).

7. If this contract is terminated due to Party B’s reasons, Party B shall bear 10% of the provisional price of the contract as liquidated damages. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to compensate for the losses suffered by Party A (including Party A shall pay compensation and liquidated damages to the third party as a result, and Party B shall also compensate Party A for the losses suffered.

9. Safe construction

Party B shall adopt strict construction safety measures in accordance with relevant regulations and bear the responsibility for accidents caused by its own inadequate safety measures and the resulting costs and consequences. Party B shall purchase personal accident insurance for construction personnel and all insurances related to project construction. 10. Construction Responsibilities

1. Party A provides Party B with water, electricity and other conveniences during the construction, and is responsible for coordinating with the residents and relevant subordinate departments. Party B shall construct according to the construction technology requirements.

2. Party B must protect the square brick paths, flowers, plants and trees in the community during construction and not damage them. Maintenance at residents' homes must strictly abide by the system of property regulations. If there are complaints from residents or Party B damages items, Party A has the right to deduct it from the project payment payable to Party B.

3. Party B appoints a representative at the construction site for this project to organize the construction in accordance with the requirements of this contract, ensure quality, quantity, and complete the content stipulated in this contract on schedule. He is also responsible for communicating and contacting Party A. Any commitments, guarantees, letters, signatures, confirmations, etc. made by the person in charge to Party A regarding this project will be regarded as the actions of Party B, and Party B will be responsible for them.

4. Party B shall carry out construction in strict accordance with the construction practices and quality standards confirmed by Party A, and make various quality inspection records. Strictly implement construction specifications, safe operating procedures, fire safety regulations, and environmental protection regulations to ensure that the project meets the contract and Party A's requirements.

5. Party B is responsible for protecting all on-site facilities and finished and semi-finished products and bearing the costs before the project is completed and accepted and delivered for use.

6. During maintenance, Party B must collect garbage at Party A’s designated location every day, keep the construction site clean, and remove it within the time required by Party A. Clean and dispose of it before completion. Otherwise, Party A has the right to entrust others to clean up, and the costs incurred shall be deducted from the project payment payable to Party B.

7. Accept quality inspection, inspection and supervision from Party A’s representatives and their designated personnel at any time during construction, provide convenient conditions for inspection, inspection and supervision, and comply with the requirements of Party A’s representatives and their designated personnel. 9. The maintenance project agreed in this contract must be completed by Party B itself. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not subcontract, subcontract or hand over the project to any other third party for completion. Otherwise, Party A has the right to terminate this contract.

10. Party B should pay attention to maintaining good communication with the maintenance owner during the maintenance process to avoid disputes. 11. During the maintenance and construction process, Party B shall pay attention to protecting the property and items of Party A and the owner, and shall not damage the buildings and related facilities and equipment in the community. During the maintenance project, Party B shall compensate Party A or a third party for personal or property damage caused by Party B. 11. Others

1.
