Description of work delays
Throughout the entire construction process, the construction delays are mainly due to the following reasons:
1. Weather factors
1. In July and August 2017, the It is a rare sustained high temperature weather. At this time, pile foundation construction and foundation construction are being carried out on site. In order to ensure safety, construction workers have to suspend construction during high temperature periods, which greatly affects the entire construction progress; at the same time, the overheated weather makes construction workers more emotional, resulting in The work efficiency of construction workers has also been greatly reduced.
2. After the Spring Festival, the continuous rainy weather made it impossible to carry out many outdoor works, such as the construction of real stone paint for exterior walls.
3. The weather was relatively cold in November 2017. At this time, the interior and exterior walls were being painted. According to regulations, painting work is not allowed during winter construction. The cold weather also greatly affected the painting progress. Construction progress. In December 2013 and January 2014, work was basically suspended.
2. Human factors
1. When Shanghai Haiyi Company first started construction, due to insufficient understanding of the underground soil quality, one of the piles had quicksand and slugs at a height of five to seven meters. The phenomenon of collapsed holes was promptly reported to the owner, supervisor, design institute, and survey institute. After discussion with several parties, it was decided to suspend the construction, and the completed piles were inspected. It was found that all of them could meet the design requirements, and then construction was agreed to resume. , during which the General *** was suspended for a month and a half.
2. The original static pressure test arrangement for the pile foundation was only three days. Later, the owner requested to increase the number of static pressure tests on the pile positions, which took 12 days. It also affected the progress to a certain extent.
3. Since this project is a single unit, it cannot produce streamlined operations, resulting in a lot of work delays. The original schedule of one layer per week ended up being one layer per week.
3. Environmental factors
1. The available space on site is small, and many materials cannot be brought into the site at once. Some materials must be used up before other materials can be brought in. The supply of materials is insufficient. In time, some work was delayed, which affected the progress.
2. Since this project uses a 50% slope roof, the slope is very large and the construction technology is difficult. At the same time, the roof construction happened to be in winter, and the formwork was very slippery after freezing, which is extremely unsafe. After further research, it was decided to carry out the final steps of roof construction after the Spring Festival, which also greatly affected the progress.
4. Spring Festival factors
1. At the end of 2017, as the Spring Festival was approaching, we originally planned to have a holiday on January 25 and start construction on February 14. Finally, we took into account the mood and safety of the construction workers. Due to weather factors, we had a holiday on January 15th and started work one after another on February 19th, which is equivalent to a holiday of more than a month.
5. Change factors
1. There are many minor design changes in this project. In order to ensure that the construction is justified, all changes must be approved in writing by the design institute. Some modifications must be submitted to the The design institute reissued revised drawings, which created a cycle and affected the progress of the project to a certain extent.

Explanation of work delays [Part 2]
Our project department officially entered the construction site on March 15, 2012, and carried out foundation acceptance of the office building and production auxiliary building on April 10, 2012. It is basically consistent with the submitted overall progress plan (approved after review), and the production work proceeds smoothly. However, there are the following main reasons in the subsequent construction that seriously affect the construction progress. Our project department will explain here.
1. During the construction of the secondary structure, the owner notified our project department on May 14, 2012 to suspend the construction of the interior walls of the office building and production auxiliary building until the drawings were changed. In June 2012 On the 14th, my project department only received the relevant change sketches and continued construction, delaying the construction period by a full month.
2. After the wall masonry was basically completed, the owner notified us several times that some door openings needed to be adjusted, so we had to smash and clean them. The construction is still going on, and the office building totals 11 door. 3. On June 19, 2012, the technical approval order was sent to the owner on the same day, but the owner did not give us a reply until early July.
4. According to the maintenance workshop A component entry plan submitted by our project department, the earliest components should have entered the site on May 15, 2012. However, there are still some components that have not yet entered the site, which has seriously affected Construction progress.
5. According to the entry plan for the supply components of the air compressor station submitted by our project department, the steel crane beam should have entered the site on May 20, 2012, but it has not yet entered the site, and the owner requested a suspension. Exterior wall construction was delayed by about 20 days.
6. On May 3, 2012, the owner notified us to suspend the construction of No. 1 Gate Guard, and it was not until May 15, 2012 that we received the changed drawings to continue the construction.
7. On May 3, 2012, I raised the issue of the height of guard #2, but it was not until May 15, 2012 that the project department gave me a reply.
8. The exterior walls of the office building are dry-hanging marble, and the secondary design plan has not been released yet, which affects the construction progress.
9. After the masonry construction was basically completed, the fire protection boxes should have been installed. However, due to changes in the interior walls, some fire protection boxes could not be installed. On July 20, 2012, this issue was raised with the owner. , a preliminary plan was not given until August 3, 2012, and the final plan has not yet been determined.
10. The owner failed to pay the progress payment according to the contract, which made it very difficult for our project department to transfer funds, affected the normal operation of the project, and seriously affected the construction progress. This is also the most important reason for the delay of the entire project period.
I hope that the owner, based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, will work with the owner and the supervision unit to negotiate a reasonable completion time with ***, so that our project department can re-formulate a progress plan and better guide the work of our project department. .

Explanation of work delays [Part 3 ]
There are several reasons for the delay in the progress of the belt transportation downhill project of the XX Coal Mining Excavation Team: Since May, water has poured into the working face of the XX Project Department from the penetration point to the excavation working face, and the main transportation Due to reasons such as belt failure, insufficient wind pressure, tile and electricity blockage, and the poor geological conditions of the working surface, which is dominated by mudstone, our excavation team was unable to operate normally: The water was run at 18:30 in the four o'clock shift on May 3
Water running at 15:50 in the four o'clock class on May 5th
Water running in the four o'clock class on May 8 at 15:30
Zero o'clock class on May 9 5 : 50-minute water run
The water run from 18:30 in the eight o'clock shift on May 13 to 22:30 that night was not effectively controlled
The four o'clock shift on May 16 The water leakage at 16:30 was not effectively controlled until 21:00 that night, resulting in normal production in the two classes
The water leakage at 00:16 in the zero-hour shift on May 18th
< p> The main transport belt failed at 22:10 on the four o'clock shift on May 18, resulting in no production on the shift. The water ran out at 23:50 on the four o'clock shift on May 20. The water inflow was not controlled until 6:30 on May 21. , until 8:30, the water in the working area will be drainedThe four o'clock shift on May 29 will run out of water at 20:25
The four o'clock shift on May 30 will be at 16:48 The water was released separately
The wind pressure was insufficient during the four o'clock shift on June 3, affecting the entire production period
The water was released at 16:05 during the four o'clock shift on June 5
On June 12, the eight o'clock shift leader's transport belt was faulty and the slag was not discharged from 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. On June 18, the four o'clock shift work surface's electrical locking circuit was abnormal, causing the work surface to be unable to be delivered. On June 19th, the eight o'clock shift ran for water at 8:00, and the water surge was not controlled until 20:00 in the evening.
On June 20th, at 19:22 of the four o'clock shift, four main transport belts failed, causing two No production at this time
In addition, the power outage test at 8 o'clock every Monday caused my work surface to be unable to produce normally.
I hope the leaders will consider the actual production situation and give appropriate attention and consideration.
