How to practice Zhenqi except Zhenqi movement method
1. Stand in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart, your feet slightly splayed out, your knees slightly bent, your arms hanging naturally at your sides, and your body upright;
2. Imagine yourself expanding to infinity, imagining your body to stretch infinitely toward the sky, the universe, and the stars, your head reaching toward the Milky Way above the universe, and your feet extending into the center of the earth and passing through the earth;
3 , inhale, and silently recite the word "pine" as you exhale, imagining that the surface tension of the whole body gradually disappears with the word "pine", and the breath should be deep, long, even, and thin;
4. Turn the palms of both hands toward Outside, draw an arc with both palms from both sides from bottom to top along the horizon of the universe;
5. Touch the center of the earth along the "Yongquan" point on the sole of the foot and the tip of the big toe, pass through the earth and enter the interstellar universe. At the same time, guide your hands to the lower Dantian position and then return them to both sides, and continue doing the upper method for about 30 minutes.
