How is the age calculated?

There are three ways to calculate age:

1, nominal age: China's customary age calculation method, calculated by the calendar year after birth, that is, even if you were born 1 year old, you will increase 1 year old every New Year. Generally calculated according to the lunar calendar, but also calculated according to the Gregorian calendar.

2. One-year-old age: also known as full-time age, refers to the number of anniversaries or birthdays experienced from birth to counting.

3. Exact age: refers to the number of days from the date of birth to the date of calculation.

Biological age

This age is calculated according to the physiological and anatomical development of normal human body, which shows the actual aging degree of individual tissue structure and physiological function, and can be used to predict the future health status of individuals and estimate their life span. If a person is 60 years old, his biological age may be 60, 50 or 70.
