At the end of the Qing Dynasty, many Shaanxi people went south to Sichuan to do business. Mr. Yu Youren's father, Yu Xinsan, also came to Sichuan with his fellow villagers and chose Yuechi County, a county with simple folk customs, to do business. His father has run a pawnshop in Yuechi County for nearly 20 years. Mr. Yu Youren also traveled to Yuechi County with his father in his early years, and he has deep feelings for Yuechi County.

In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), Yu Youren, who loves education, invested 3,500 silver dollars to build a middle school in Tuguan Temple outside the west gate of Yuechi County, and took his father's name "Xinsan" as the school name, and became the chairman of the school himself. Yu Xiansheng named the school "New No.3 Middle School", which not only paid tribute to his father, but also hoped that students would become "warriors of the Three People's Principles and indomitable spirit". Yu Youren 1949 arrived in Taiwan Province Province. Since then, he has lost contact with New No.3 Middle School.

Mr. Yu Youren wrote the school motto for the New No.3 Middle School: "Take newspaper as the country".

He personally wrote the school song for New No.3 Middle School:

Stephy humanities,

The light divides the stars and the fields to connect the Western Qin Dynasty.

As a soldier of the Three People's Principles,

Be a perfect person with indomitable spirit.
