How to install a household floor heating circulating water pump? Please take photos
As shown in the picture:
When the floor heating system is operated for the first time, there is pressure and water resistance in the pipes that easily produce gas, and the air blocks the flow of water, resulting in insufficient water supply and return. Circulation, low temperature, etc. Therefore, we need to bleed the floor heating system, and the bleed is mainly from the water collector.
First release the air from the water inlet pipe of the water collector. First, connect the water pipe to the air release valve of the water inlet pipe of the water distributor. Pay attention to someone to supervise when air is released. Because the deflation hose may jump. Then use pliers to gently open the valve. Prepare a towel beforehand and wrap it around the valve, because water will overflow from the valve when deflating to prevent the water from flowing everywhere.
Release the air from the return pipe of the water collector. At this time, you need to first close the main valve of the return water main pipe, which is the green or red long handle, and turn it 90 degrees to automatically close it. The deflation process is the same as that of water inflow. You just need to connect the pipe to the deflation valve of the water distributor. Extended information
1. There is gas blockage in the floor heating water pipe.
The second possibility is that there is a gas blockage in the floor heating water pipe, that is, air has entered the floor heating pipe and is blocked, causing the water to stop flowing. In this case, first close the return valve, then open the exhaust valve on the return pipe port, close each valve on the water inlet pipe first, and then open the exhaust valve one by one. After all the gas is exhausted, open the valve normally, listen for the sound of water flowing, and observe for a while to see if the return pipe is hot.
2. At the end of the heating period, all water was not released.
After the heating period ends every year, all water in the floor heating pipes should be discharged. Otherwise, long-term deposition and scaling of water in water pipes will result in reduced water flow, poor water flow, and reduced heat conduction efficiency.
