Not satisfied with the apartment type, can you change it?

I still have a lot of feelings about whether the layout of the newly bought house can be changed if it is not satisfactory. Our home was just renovated years ago, so we can share our experience with you.

When the house is ready for renovation, my wife and I discuss how to change it, which wall can be removed, which wall can't be moved, and where to put the furniture ... The picture below shows the hand-laid house in our house. We made minor changes, only removing some walls of the living room and dining room to increase indoor lighting. Also opened the kitchen and the balcony next to the kitchen, ready to put more things.

Of course, different people have different opinions. The above picture is just our own idea, so it has changed the pattern. During the renovation, we went upstairs and downstairs to have a look. Some of them have changed the pattern, and some have kept the original pattern unchanged (probably for an extra room).

The picture above shows the house with the same layout downstairs. They tore down the wall between the dining room and the second bedroom (this wall is very thin), and connected the original second bedroom with the dining room to make a large living room. The original living room is the master bedroom, and the original master bedroom is the second bedroom. When we went to see them, they had been decorated and looked very good.

Friends who don't pay much attention to feng shui don't have to consider so much. As long as you don't touch the load-bearing wall, the pattern change of the house is still relatively random. Remember to tell the property when you hit the wall. If you have a good understanding of Feng Shui, you can change the pattern according to the pattern of Feng Shui.
