One of the first 52 scholars visiting the United States in New China, and the youngest one at that time. In this team of 52 people, Cui Guowen is the only one who has not received a complete university education. 1965 was admitted to Tsinghua University from Shanghai. After only one year of class, he encountered the Cultural Revolution, so he could not continue his college life.
