Is it reasonable that there is no drainage pipe in the outdoor weak current well of residential area?
Weak current wells are generally not designed to lay drainage pipes. Because there is generally no water in weak current wells, there is generally a masonry platform (or beam) at the lower part of the door where the weak current wells are located, which is higher than the floor of the stairwell aisle. Even if the floor of the corridor is soaked, water will generally not enter the weak current well.
