Detailed explanation of archery posture selection

In other words, athletes choose their position on the ray. The basic requirement is that every athlete should have his own fixed standing posture at the starting line, and the ideal standing posture is to stand on the center line of the target.
However, according to the current competition rules, three athletes in the same target position shoot within the same time limit in a single round competition, and the athletes decide their positions according to the order of drawing lots, so there are three possibilities: center line, before center line and after center line, so athletes must have the ability to shoot well before, during and after center line.
Shoot an arrow standing.
It is the posture of standing on two feet and the posture of the trunk when shooting. There are three main standing postures:
1, horizontal and vertical
Standing sideways, also known as parallel, is the most basic standing posture, which requires your feet to be shoulder-width, standing on both sides of the ray, your feet slightly abduction, and being as close as possible to the center line of the target.
Standing on the side is more natural, which can ensure the normal functional activities of internal organs, maintain the working ability of the body for a long time, and is not easy to cause excessive flexion and torsion of the trunk. It is more suitable for beginners and female athletes to adopt this standing posture.
2. Exposure type
The exposed type is also called inclined vertical type. The basic requirements are: two feet stand on both sides of the starting line, their toes are connected with the target centerline at an angle of about 45 degrees, their right feet are parallel to the starting line, and their toes are close to the target centerline.
This kind of station should be appropriately wide. This standing posture has a certain effect on strengthening the back muscles of pantograph arms. Because the trunk of this standing posture is twisted greatly, and there are many muscles involved in archery, it is necessary to make the weight fall on the feet evenly, so that the knees are stable, and pay attention to the initiative of pointing with the bow arm.
3. Hidden
Both feet stand on both sides of the initial ray, the left foot (holding the bow in the left hand) is parallel to the initial ray and close to the center line of the target, and the right foot stands slightly backward at an angle of about 70 degrees with the center line of the target.
Concealed type helps to strengthen the front support force and has a certain compensation effect on the body. When lifting the bow, the center of gravity of the human body moves to one side of the bow holding arm. In this case, a slight right turn of the trunk (spinal rotation) will compensate for maintaining the balance of the body, reduce the burden on the sacrospinous muscles, and keep the body in the middle position, which is conducive to the development of technology. However, the disadvantage is that it is easy to cause the shoulder of the bow arm to rise, destroy the straight force of the front brace, and cause the wrong action of the bow string hitting the arm.

The right front arm rests on the cheekbone and the right wrist stops at the nose. In addition to the string fingers, the right arm is relaxed at the same time.
Step 4 open the program
Simple back muscle strength, straight back arch. The plane of the bow always coincides with the sagittal plane, and the opening of the bow is soft and smooth. Form a force baseline. The first joint of the right index finger is near the right corner of the mandible. The chord is near the midpoint of the nose, the person and the chin.
5, put the program
Continue to draw the unconscious? Remote control.-distract it? . String buckling refers to the backward sliding string separation. The drawstring arm moves backward directly along the inertia, and the fingertip stops at the fixed point of the right jaw angle.
6. Potential procedures
Keep the strength and posture unchanged after deployment and watch the arrow shoot at the bull's-eye. Feedback the technical sense and slowly lower the bow.
