Symptoms of valve damage of BMW heater

There are basically three symptoms when the valve of BMW heater is broken. 1, unable to close (air leakage), turn down the temperature, the air outlet is still hot air. 2. If it can't be opened, raise the temperature, and there is no hot air blowing out of the air outlet. 3, the adjustment is not working, the phenomenon is that the automatic air conditioner can not keep the temperature constant.

If the heater valve is broken, the user can directly remove the heater valve and let the water directly enter the heater water tank, or replace it with a new heater water valve.

The warm air device uses the heat taken away from the engine by the engine coolant to defrost the cab glass in winter and warm the driver, thus improving the driver's working conditions. Open the water inlet valve on the water outlet pipe of the engine cylinder head (the valve handle is pulled to the vertical position), and the cooling water in the engine enters the warm air radiator from the cylinder head through the water inlet pipe, and then enters the water pump through the water outlet pipe for circulation.
