How to deal with structured interviews?
1. Structured interview refers to a talent evaluation method that follows a fixed procedure, adopts a special question bank, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods, and evaluates whether the candidate meets the requirements of the recruitment position through face-to-face verbal communication between the examiner and the candidate.
2. For a structured interview, we should first know what kinds of questions there are, such as organizational management and emergency response. In fact, each question type has a set of corresponding answering ideas and frameworks. The second is to remember the idea and framework of the answer, so that when you get the question, you set a framework for yourself and then fill in the content as required. You'd better remember more commonly used sentences, so that you can use them when connecting the front and the back. You need to give your brain a space to think.
3. Don't think too long. Each question 1-2 minutes. You can make a draft and write down the main points. If you really don't know where to answer at the moment, you can use a sentence like "about" to shorten the thinking gap, which also prolongs the thinking time without leaving a trace, and can repeat the topic, which not only wins you thinking time, but also shows your attention to answering questions.
When you can't answer anything, don't waste time, admit it frankly and try to answer the next question.
