Restrictions: During the working days of red warning and emergency response, motor vehicle license plates are restricted by the tail number and even number (if the tail number is English letters, the last digit of the license plate shall prevail), that is, the odd number is restricted for one day (odd number is 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) and the even number is restricted for two days (even number is 2, 4, 6, 8 and 0) on the Gregorian calendar date.
