What is the precursor of menarche for teenage girls? (Sisters help)
Signs of menarche:
Before menstruation, there will be some tiny bloodshot on underwear.
Before menarche, a series of changes will take place in a woman's body. If we master these changes, we can infer the time of menarche.
The following three methods help to predict menarche:
1. Weight and height measurement: After girls enter puberty (1 1~ 14 years old), their height and weight are measured every six months. If the measurement finds a sudden increase in height and weight, it indicates that the girl may have menstrual cramps in the next six months.
2. Observe the breast condition: If the breast begins to develop, swelling, areola and induration are found, then menarche will occur in the next two years.
3. Look for leucorrhea: If a transparent, colorless, tasteless and slightly viscous liquid similar to egg white flows from the vagina of a girl, it means that menarche will come in 2-3 days.
Suggestion: It is generally believed that girls with high living standards and good nutrition and health will not only develop faster, but also have earlier menarche.
