It is understood that the successful bidder of the "three-limited room" should meet the following conditions at the same time, including:

1. The winning bidder, his spouse and the children who live with him have no housing with their own property rights in Dongguan, and there is no housing transfer registration record in Dongguan within 3 years before purchase;

2. Have a household registration in Dongguan and have paid endowment insurance in Dongguan for 3 years, or have no household registration in Dongguan but have paid endowment insurance in Dongguan for 5 years;

3. Sign a labor contract with the employer in the sales area of "Three Limited Houses" and pay the old-age insurance 1 year every month (the labor contract signing unit and the old-age insurance payment unit must be consistent);

4. Have a college degree or above, professional skills at intermediate level or above, and professional titles at assistant level or above.

In the way of distribution, the distribution of "three limited houses" is divided into two stages, the first stage is directional distribution, and the second stage is public lottery.

In the first stage, the park, town and street meet the following conditions at the same time.

1. On the basis of meeting the basic conditions, one of bachelor degree or above, professional skills of senior engineer or above, and professional title of assistant level or above shall be met;
