What do we need to prepare for a calligraphy training class?
The early stage includes: peer inquiry evaluation, self-evaluation, positioning service objects and projects, making a rough budget, and then self-evaluation, site selection, naming, design, application for business license or teaching qualification, and supply.
The mid-term includes: analyzing one's core competitiveness, making a class fee plan, making an enrollment plan, making a publicity plan, making a teacher recruitment plan, ensuring the supply of goods, decorating training courses, and recruiting teachers.
The later period includes: the specific implementation of enrollment, the specific implementation of promotion, the continuous improvement during the business period, and the enrollment activities that are constantly launched according to the season.
In the preparatory stage, what I mainly write here is that I think the most important or unavoidable issues at this stage include the following aspects:
Service group analysis, self-assessment, basic budget of training course, house decoration, list of supplies needed for training course, and location of training course.
Special attention: before the class starts, it must be determined that the educational administration, internal teacher selection management system and enrollment planning are inseparable.
In addition, there are some dry goods, including:
(1) Where do the textbooks come from?
(2) market research to see what aspects, how to investigate, what information is useful to you;
(3) methods to prevent teachers from jumping ship or taking students away from training courses;
(4) Why do you want to go to school to enroll students?
It involves some industry rules and inside information, so I won't write it here. Interested entrepreneurs or bosses can comment. Practice calligraphy and consult.
