Characteristics of Guyuan:
1. Guyuan City is located on the northwest edge of China’s Loess Plateau, with Liupan Mountain as the north and south spine, dividing Guyuan City It is divided into east and west walls, with the south high and the north low. Most of the altitudes are between 1500 and 2200 meters.
2. Guyuan is located in the warm semi-arid climate zone of the Loess Plateau. It is a typical continental climate, resulting in long and cold winters, variable temperatures in spring, short and cool summers, rapid cooling in autumn, and large temperature differences between day and night.
