2. Then close the gate valve behind the pressure reducing valve, as shown in the following figure:
3, slowly open the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve to fully open, as shown in the figure below:
4. As shown in the figure below, slowly turn the adjusting screw clockwise:
5. Adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure based on the gauge pressure behind the valve, as shown in the following figure:
6. After adjustment, lock the nut, as shown in the following figure:
7. Open the gate valve after the pressure reducing valve, as shown in the following figure:
8. Since the working principle of the pressure reducing valve has been set, if the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure during the adjustment, it must be readjusted from the first step, as shown in the following figure:
