If you live in a self-occupied unit (whether purchased or rented): you should choose 03, 08, 13, 18, 23, 28, 33, 38...that is, the number ends in 3 or 8 floors, avoid choosing 02, 04, 07, 09, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24, 27, 29, 32, 34, 37, 39...that is, those ending in 2, 4, 7 or 9 floor.

If the unit is only used for investment and rental: it is advisable to choose 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35...that is, floors ending in 5 or 0. Avoid choosing 01, 06, 11, 16 , 21, 26, 31, 36...that is, floors ending in 1 or 6.
