3. Party A is responsible for supplying materials, facilities and appliances. Third, water and electricity supply.

Four. Increase, decrease and change of projects

1. During the construction, if Party A needs to modify the design scheme or add engineering projects, it must contact Party B three days in advance, and Party B will arrange the construction after it is signed and approved by both parties.

2. After the project contract comes into effect, both parties shall not make an excuse to reduce the renovation project, otherwise it will be regarded as a breach of contract.

6. Seven, project acceptance and delivery

If Party A intentionally cancels the project, or requests to use the waterproofing agent provided by Party B without authorization during the construction process, and there are quality problems such as leakage after the project delivery (including quality problems caused by other decoration projects), Party A shall bear all responsibilities and consequences.

Twelve. Concealed works and renovation works

1. Concealed works: If there is any hydropower renovation project, Party A shall * * * arrive at the site in time to jointly measure with Party B after Party B completes the trench and pipeline laying, and sign for acceptance. If Party A fails to participate in the acceptance on time, or Party A participates in the measurement acceptance but fails to sign for confirmation, Party B may accept it by itself.
