1. All materials of this contract project shall be uniformly distributed by Party B according to the requirements of the budget table. 2. The materials provided by Party A cause some or all engineering joint problems due to quality problems (some materials can only be inspected after installation and use), and the consequences shall be borne by Party A.. 3. Party A is responsible for supplying materials, facilities and appliances. If the project fails to affect the construction period as agreed, it shall be postponed.
4. If the unqualified materials provided by Party B cause quality problems, Party B shall bear joint and several liabilities, replace the materials or compensate for the losses.
Third, water and electricity supply.
Before the construction of this project, Party A shall provide Party B with the detailed drawings of the original water and electricity structure of the house, and be responsible for the water and electricity costs incurred during the construction. Since the renovation period cannot be interrupted, Party A must ensure the smooth flow of water and electricity.
Four. Increase, decrease and change of projects
1. During the construction, if Party A needs to modify the design scheme or add engineering projects, it must contact Party B three days in advance, and Party B will arrange the construction after it is signed and approved by both parties.
2. After the project contract comes into effect, both parties shall not make an excuse to reduce the renovation project, otherwise it will be regarded as a breach of contract.

5. If there are missing items in the budget quotation, the construction items shall be supplemented according to the requirements of the construction site. 6. The final settlement of this contract project shall be subject to the project cost of the decoration project at the time of acceptance (including the total project cost of the changed project during construction). 7. Payment date of project funds:

Seven, project acceptance and delivery

3. If after the completion of the project, Party A fails to pass the acceptance of both parties, or has accepted but not paid off the balance, then invite other decoration teams to do other things.

Nine, about the property management office charge commitment agreement.

Force majeure factors
Force majeure factors refer to: power failure, water stoppage, typhoon, tropical storm, cracks in the house itself, water leakage quality problems and accidents. In case of force majeure during construction, the construction period can be postponed accordingly.

XI。 Waterproof and leak-proof engineering
In view of the particularity of home decoration, Party B has "waterproof and leakproof" items in the kitchen, bathroom floor and project decoration budget. If Party A intentionally cancels the project, or requests to use the waterproofing agent provided by Party B without authorization during the construction process, and there are quality problems such as leakage after the project delivery (including quality problems caused by other decoration projects), Party A shall bear all responsibilities and consequences.
Twelve. Concealed works and renovation works
1. Concealed works: If there is any hydropower renovation project, Party A shall * * * arrive at the site in time to jointly measure with Party B after Party B completes the trench and pipeline laying, and sign for acceptance. If Party A fails to participate in the acceptance on time, or Party A participates in the measurement acceptance but fails to sign for confirmation, Party B may accept it by itself. 2. 2.
