Susong Lake is the second largest lake in China.

Susong Lake has a total area of 776.4 square kilometers, ranking second in the country.

Longgan Lake is located on the north bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, spanning susong county, Anhui Province and Huangmei County, Hubei Province. The northern branch of susong county is also called Longhu Lake, and the whole lake area belongs to susong county. Longgan Lake is a shallow lake separated by rivers and lakes, partly depressed by fault zones and partly silted by long-term floods in the Yangtze River.

Longhu is located in susong county, Anhui Province, at the junction of Anhui, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. Together with Huang Hu Lake, Daguan Lake and Longgan Lake, it constitutes the four major lake systems in Susong. The delicious and plump mandarin fish in Longhu, the full-bodied lobster in Huang Hu and the crystal-clear whitebait in Daguan Lake are all valuable aquatic products in susong county, which can be called "Susong Sanzhen".

Longhu, located in the east of Zuoba Township, covers an area of about 60 square kilometers. 1994 During the development of Longhu Lake, Zuoba and Qianling each enjoyed half of the right to use, each claiming 50,000 mu.

The great rivers in Shang Na County are connected with Paihu and Ganhu in the southwest, and flow into the Yangtze River through Shangchong River, Daguan Lake, Huang Hu Lake, Xiachanghe River, Bohu Lake and Huayang River. The annual water depth is about 2.5 meters, which varies from time to time, with a maximum of 7-8 meters. Longhu Lake was closed regularly in history. Before liberation, it was managed by Meng, Hong, Wang and Wang (small shares) in Zuoba Township.

After liberation, Longhu was nationalized and managed by the Lake Management Section of the Public Property Management Committee. Good water quality, rich resources and complete varieties. Wild fish, turtles, crabs, shrimps, snails and mussels do not reproduce themselves; Ling, Lian and Euryale don't grow up; Wild ducks, geese and swans are cash cows for farmers along the river.

Longhu is an inner lake, connected with the county river, down to Mazui and Zhangyudun in Desheng Village. "Zhangyudun" is not far from the "Longhu Floating Cap" in Susong, and it is the dividing line between Longhu and Paihu.

Longhu has a long history and almost runs through Susong. Longhu originates from the pass, flows through Erlang River and Hanwen Liujia River, and enters Zuoba boundary from the county river.

Zuoba people used to call the upper reaches the county river. After flowing into Yuyan Village, Zuoba Township, the basin is wide and magnificent, and it is Longhu Lake. The vast Longhu Lake flows through the four administrative villages of Yuyan, Longmen, Liang Ling and Desheng in Zuoba Township until Mazui and Zhangyudun in Desheng Village. The ancient name "Shili Longhu" is a rough figure. In fact, Longhu is at least 15 or 6 kilometers long.
